Chose this store for the high reviews. No clue how this place could average 4.9 stars. It took over 2.5 hours to upgrade phones and put my wife on my plan. The DMV is more efficient. They actually had to call customer service and wait on hold to do the plan change. They had to pass the phone to us to talk to customer service. Then, they were pretty well clueless about how to do anything else. 3 employees when we were the only customers in there. Then one went on break for over an hour when other customers started showing up. People had to wait for so long that they left. Screw-ups and dead ends and shrugged shoulders all to the soundtrack of an anti-theft alarm going off for no reason every 10 minutes until we could finally walk out with our phones. Im usually pretty patient with customer service folks because I know theyre working hard for not much reward. But if this is the best Verizon store in the Atlanta area, then Id hate to see the others.

Great Staff and Awesome Location, Nothing but Good Vibes, I came in for help with switching a phone that Verizon sent me without a sim card. Keyla was so helpful in educating me on so many things I didnt even know my phone did, while the manager Anthony finished my set up. Next week I am coming back with my wife to get the new S7. I rarely ever write reviews, but felt compelled too, because of how great my experience was. I definitely recommend this Verizon location to anyone in my area.

I had an awesome experience at North Druid Hills Verizon! Xavier and Anthony provided excellent service. I was switching my service from Sprint and read Yelp looking for a reputable Verizon store before I ventured out because I didnt want disappointment. Whelp, I drove all the way across town from SWATS, Cascade Rd. to their store, which is 25 mins away - But the drive was worth it! Thanks Verizon guys!

Worst experience trying to purchase a phone, and I say trying because once they found out I wasnt buying a new service they wouldnt sell me the phone. I literally drove to this location - it still had its grand opening sign up. I walk in. Im the only customer in the store and I tried to purchase a $660 phone and they wouldnt sell it to me becuase "they wouldnt profit off of it". WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Carmen and Jose kick are amazing (sorry if I misspelled their names). My wife and I came in since her phone was not working... Long story short they took care of us quickly and effectively. They are super friendly, understanding, efficient and have their customers back. Ill not only stick with Verizon but Im sticking with this particular store. Keep it up guys!

Xavier the sales lead helped me today. He answered all of my questions and gave me a trade in allowance on an iPhone 5s used on AT&T. He made sure all my apps and contacts loaded to my new iPhone 6s and was professional and courteous throughout the transaction. If I need any other Verizon products and services. Ill definitely look up Xavier and this store.

Not a store for repairs or dealing with issues with the phone. The staff indicated that they are not equipped for that, and that you should go to the Verizon store at Northlake Mall if you need someone to do diagnostics on your phone. However, this is a good store to buy a phone or phone charger. The staff are very friendly.

Come here knowing that youre going to be treated like an idiot and taken advantage of. They will find an option you are financially comfortable with, then once you mentally commit and are about to sign the receipt theyll say "oh and theres this extra fee." a couple of times. Very shady and disrespectful treatment.
