I cracked my screen on my iPhone 7. The glass was broken all over but the phone still functioned perfectly fine. I cracked it on Thursday morning and continued to use it all the way up until Saturday afternoon and there were absolutely no issues with my phone during this time. So I took it to best tek and had them replace the screen for $120. I got my phone back in about 40 minutes and I was excited to have it back they even through in a screen protector for five bucks for me getting the phone repaired there. Everything was going fine until Saturday night when all of a sudden my touch screen stopped working completely causing me to have to do a soft reset. When the phone came back on the screen was being weird (pressing buttons even when I wasnt touching the phone, Ill press something and nothing happens but the button will seem as though its been pressed) so I called them on Monday (they are closed Sunday) and told them about the issue and the gentleman who answered the phone seemed as though he had an attitude with me like it was my fault the screen they put on had been acting up. I told him I would come in on Wednesday (Tuesday was the 4th of July) so they could change it out. I get there Wednesday and they changed out my screen and I went to work. I get to work and sure enough the new screen they put on stops working as well so I call and tell them Im coming back Thursday. Thursday I get there and they switch out my screen for the third time and at first it seems like its going to work but I leave the store and get five minutes down the road when the phone touch screen stops working. I turn around and go back and finally just get a refund for the screen. I took the phone to apple had to have them fix it for $130. This was too much of a hassle for me. The young lady that worked theres customer service was impeccable though

I work in the telecommunications field and so I always meet people from time to time that have computer problems. Anytime I can, I always recommend Best Tek in Lake City. Its easy to find and they dos good work. I always stop in every now and then because you never know what new technology phone/accessories or gadgets you might find.

If you want great customer service this is the place to go...My kids laptop crashed and after taking it to best tek it is running even better than before.The young lady at the desk was very helpful and explained everything to me ..I am not a computer person at all but now I know the place to go if I have any problems .

worst ever place always dudes hanging out inside takes too long sent my flat screen in there with my girl its still there im still waiting i knew the place was bad before i sent her but i did anyway and now im screwed i think they did it on purpose because ive had previous problems with them but i didnt expect this
