Very Good Customer Service throughout the time I was there. I went in 3 different Metro Pcs locations before I came to this one and left with my phone fixed. The Belvedere Plaza location in Decatur was more concerned with selling me another phone even though my phone was only a month old. I kept saying no and when I finally got the SALESMANs attention, he told me that he didnt know what was wrong with my phone. The Lakecity Location completely ignored my request. Not sure if she wants her name mentioned here, but a lady at this location patiently handled the issue at hand (which was fixing my phone) and then offered me an upgrade, which I did need.

Shopping to purchase new phone, clerk to me she was going on her break and next agent would help me....waited for an long time, after watching other customers do in and outs I left. Id Rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere

Customer service is literally horrible and the managers are no better. Can never get them to answer their store phone. I will never come here ever again. It is shameful. Please if you can go to another metro dealer do so.

I was paying my bill and was treated with sarcasm by the employee who had taken my money. he was rude and I will never visit the Location on Tara Boulevard and 138 again because of this experience.
