Worst Verizon ever! Ive had so many issues with this store that you couldnt even pay me to go back here. First off, I called ahead to make sure they had the newer iPhone and they said yes. Well, they didnt mention that they only have one black phone left. I had to order the phone and the guy working didnt tell me how much Id be paying for the phone or how much Id be paying monthly. When he ordered the phone, he didnt even ask me what GB I wanted, just assumed I wanted 16GB. They swiped my card TWICE for the taxes and its been over a month, still havent gotten my money back. I asked the guy to transfer my pictures when I bought the phone and he told me my iCloud would do it. NOPE! I ended up going back to the store 4 times and have called too many to count! Since Ive bothered the store manager, he was nice enough to talk to someone about getting my money back and I havent heard from him since even though he said he was gonna give me a confirmation email about my refund. Just saying, you should probably go through a cooperate store because these guys are a waste of your time! The Verizon company even told me not to go to stores like that because of all the issues that come with it.

The salesman offered my wife a "free tablet" with her updating her phone insisting she didnt have to pay for it. What he didnt explain was that it entailed us having a separate phone line for about $10 a month required to he had for two years costing us about $240 for the tablet (and its the equivalent of a tablet worth about $125) and also recommended she get insurance for another $10. Theyre making about $500 off this deal for a "free tablet." When she told me and I explained to her that she was likely duped, I called up Verizon to return the tablet but theres a cancellation fee that was about $250. I angrily demanded they lower our bill as best they could and the customer service lowered that tablets bill to about $8 a month but were still screwed but less. Make sure the saleperson here doesnt give you a Faustian bargain as well.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! My wife dropped her iphone and we came in to get a replacement. Two hours later, the tech cannot complete the purchase of a replacement and tells us to call Verizon Customer Service. FROM WHAT PHONE?!?!? Also, if the sign on your store says "Verizon" you should be dealing with their customer support not me. After more rude treatment and ineptitude we left, only to realize that the tech had DEACTIVATED her phone. It took another hour and a half on the phone with Verizon to undo everything the tech had done. Save yourself a lot of pain and frustration and go to any other Verizon store.

They didnt have the plan I was looking for but the guy was very honest about it and didnt try to sell me something I didnt want and even recommended to me another company that has the kind of plan Im looking for. I was actually able to talk to a real person that worked in the store without having to talk to a computer forever too. Thanks for your honesty, that means a lot to me.

Stopped in to activate my new business phone I was told they could not help me I felt very unwanted drove 20 minutes to another store location activated my phone within 5 minutes
