My experience regarding customer service has been nothing less than terrible. Being the closest authorized cricket wireless location it is beneficial on my behalf to be able to talk to a representative over the phone. This is a tremendous help considering not everyone has the time to drive to the location during business hours to speak to someone who could answer a few simple informatory type of questions. Of the 10 times i called, 9 times i got an answering machine. And the calls were over a 5 day period, so they werent all on the same day. The 1 time i did reach someone the information they gave me was incorrect, i called back immediately and got the machine! Ugh! Answer the damn phone!!!

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! Forget the big wigs, cricket is beyond belief awesome! Extremely friendly employees, very helpful with a variety of questions, and concerns. I cant express how much better of an experience we have had with cricket. Cellular service is solid too.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. The young guy in there is a complete jerk and very rude. Do not go to this location. He was more worried about the kids coming out of the high school than to help a customer. Walked out.
