If no star or minus star reviews were possible that is what this store would get. Totally unprofessional customer service. My daughter and I took in her I-phone 5s with lines on the screen caused by her dropping it. After a cursory examination the technician said it was an LCD problem and replaced the part at a cost of $69.99. The next day the exact same lines reappeared. We took it back to the store expecting the LCD to be replaced without further charge as it was either faulty or there had been a misdiagnosis. Instead I was told by the surly technician, Andrew, that it was not a warranty issue because the LCD could not possibly be faulty unless the phone had been dropped again. It hadnt! He insisted that it must have been, essentially calling my daughter and I liars. He called in a colleague, Claudia, to back up his point of view, and she also inferred we were lying. At that point I verbally lost my temper. My daughter was telling the truth and no father is going to accept some jumped up shop assistant saying otherwise. The technicians had made no attempt to test the replacement LCD or examine the phone for other issues. They just kept parroting the same line saying it must have been dropped. When I asked to see or call the manager they said she wasnt available, so I told them I would not leave until she was. At that point they called the police, and Andrew suggested I leave before they came. As I had done nothing wrong I refused. I had no intention of running away when the fault was theirs. As it happened, the officer was a good guy. He could see my point but suggested there was no mileage in remaining in the store with the two "sides" in a stand-off. My daughter and I left. I have since written to the manager but have received no response. The technicians at this store were arrogant and insulting. Apparently, it is staffed by infallible geniuses whose workmanship and diagnostic expertise should never be called into question. Seemingly, their products are equally flawless and the store cannot conceive of a component being faulty out of the box. I stress that the phone had not been damaged in any way after the first repair. It had sat in a padded pouch inside a backpack in a school locker all-day. It worked when my daughter put in it in the locker, it didnt work when she took it out, instead displaying the same fault it had when I first took it in for repair. This store does not stand by its work and its staff was unhelpful, obnoxious, and immediately confrontational. Andrew even said "I could tell you were going to be difficult from the start?" I happen to be an articulate black man, is that a red flag to Cellairis employees for some reason? I am taking up the issue with the Cellairis head office, but do not hold out much hope of a positive resolution as this store is a franchise and presumably has a large degree of autonomy. In closing, I would say DONT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS. Theyre happy to take your money but have no integrity when it comes to insuring customer satisfaction.

iDevice MD was awesome, but now that Cellairis took over its terrible. I brought my phone in to look at the camera which started showing a faint spot in pics. Not only couldnt they do the repair, they gave it back to me broken - camera didnt work AT ALL and they didnt even apologize. A WHOLE lot of cya talk. It took two days to even get a call back from the mgr (who wasnt there at the time), who didnt even ask to look at it and said "sometimes when you open the back it allows other defects to finally result in problems" and offered me nothing more than a refund. I took it to a small repair shop in Alpharetta, and they had it fixed in about an hour. Works perfectly. I have no idea how these guys are getting these good reviews on Google; I see they have 1 star reviews elsewhere. There are so many of these shops around I urge you to find a different one

DO NOT COME HERE, DO NOT COME HERE!!! Go to the Apple Store. Theyre cheaper and more honest. I made the mistake of coming here to get my screen fixed and they charge you $150 for the 6s. The guy "fixed" my phone in 20 minutes, great. My phone has a huge ghosting problem now and doesnt work that well anymore. I paid $150 for my phone to get destroyed by these guys. They will not give you your money back either. One of the unprofessional employees told me to just go sell my phone on eBay since it doesnt work. They break it and dont have any warrantys. If you come here youre guaranteed dishonest employees. They put 3 screens on my phone and none of them worked. My phone is unfixable now unless I go spend $130 more at Apple to fix it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I have a more uncommon phone and they were able to fix my screen quickly and saved me a ton of money by not having to send it back to the manufacturer. The location is a bit obscure and there was some miscommunication between staffers which caused a slight delay in actually picking up the finished product. It was a minor inconvenience, though, and wouldnt deter me from using them again, if I needed to. I would definitely recommend this place for your phone repair needs!

Had iPhone 6 screen repaired and less than 60 days later screen shows lines. Took the phone in and of course their 30 day warranty had expired. The lady attempted to re-seat the cords, but in the end, she advised me that the screen was going bad, and that shed have to charge me for a new screen. There are other stores that are cheaper, used OEM parts and have longer warranties. These guys must be using aftermarket or used parts. 30 Day warranty, and buyer beware.

Had my sons iPhone 5C screen repaired on December 2nd and the screen has already failed. Phone has been in a water/dust proof case since December 2nd. Only 30 day warranty and Im pretty sure these guys are not using new/oem parts. Buyer beware - there is no follow up from this company and theyre products are defective at best. Proceed at your own risk.

We had an awesome experience with Cellairis. Claudia was extremely helpful and a very knowledgeable associate. She explained the process the charges and how long it would take to repair the phone. Everything she explained turned out to be true. I would highly recommend Cellairis and Claudia if you need a phone repaired.

Smashed my work phone while out of town. I questioned using my insurance, however the quick turnaround time while keeping my same phone was worth it to get fixed here. In and out in 20 minutes. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.
