My husband and I went in today so I could get a new phone. I had had my old phone for a while so I was somehwat rusty on what I needed to do, and what phone to choose. When we went in there it was about 3pm and there was only one guy working. I cannot remember his name, I think it started with an L. I told him I would like to get a new phone, so he pulled up our account and asked me what phone I wanted. I told him I was not sure and asked if he had suggestions based on what I currently had. He told me my only in store android options were either the Samsung Galaxy 8 or the LG G6. He basically left me to choose blind, offering me no details about either. Though he did seem like he wanted me to choose the Samsung, maybe they get a kick back because it is the newest? Either way, I ended up choosing the LG. Once I had chosen, he immediately set me up with a bundle, 2 options in fact, that I did not have the money for today. I told him about both offers I would have to come back another day when I was better prepared. Seeing as how the associate was offering no help, my husband said, "Can she get just the phone?" He was not even going to give that as an option I assume. I understand the point of a business is to make profit, but I almost left empty handed because he was so unhelpful. Finally the transaction was finished, and very seemingly annoyed he handed me my bag. I left somewhat in shock at the whole situation, almost regretting it all. I am human, I understand people have bad days, I just wish I could have gotten more help. I love Verizon, but not the way I was treated today.

Two thumbs up for Mike!! Ive never been so happy to spend money. I came in thinking I knew the best plan for me, but he asked a couple of questions and suggested a plan that was a much better fit. He had my phone activated and service switched over from my former carrier in a matter of minutes. Then he went the extra mile and downloaded apps I could use to track my usage and payments, added a flashlight to my sweep-down menu so it was easier to access, and showed me how the Samsung Pay feature works (and its way cool). I walked out wishing I had made the switch a lot sooner. I will be recommending Mike and TCC Decatur to others -- service above and beyond the "call"!

Lucious, Jessica, and Brandon at the West Ponce location in Decatur made our unlucky day a great customer service experience. My husband lost his phone and we were able to not only upgrade but do analysis of our accounts. In doing so we will save money but have extra features that we both will enjoy. Never had good experiences at non corporate stores but TCC rocks!!! #tccrocks @tccrocks

Its a new business here. All the representatives are very helpful and nice people. They try to find me the cheapest plan and give me a discount on accessory. They are also very good looking. Overall, I will give it a five-star. I think they can get some special promotions to attract more customers since they just open this new verizon tcc store.

My phone was lost then stolen!! I am a physician and can not go without my phone. I showed up at the store first thing Saturday morning and Kwame helped me get a new upgraded phone on a better plan without a contract!! I was very happy and Kwame did a great job. Highly recommended.

The TCC team gets very high marks from me. If I could leave a six star review I would. Having a complicated situation handled so seamlessly left me super impressed. Verizon wins on over the phone support and the TCC store in Decatur wins on in the store support.

Place was pretty ok, there were some phones not on display and sometimes the phone docks would ring without notice. The people are experienced and helpful, so over all not bad just needs better maintenance.

Worst customer service on the planet!!! Do not go here. I called in with a question about a device I had recently purchased from them, and the sales rep had nothing but attitude and then hung up on me.
