CAUTION! I brought my Sony Xperia Z5 here to get a screen replacement, and had a horrible experience. They ordered the wrong part the first time I went in, failed to notify me of parts arrival on the next time. The owner said he would be in on Saturday (and that he was the only that could repair Sony phones) and then didnt show up, so I wasted a my third trip. On the fourth trip, they replaced the screen, but it wasnt sealed at all, you could see the screen backlight from the side and dust and water was getting into the phone. After another failed attempt at replacing the screen and not having the proper tools or skills to complete it, they offered to pay for me to take my phone to another repair shop. After setting up a repair at another store, the owner stopped returning my calls and emails. Terrible service. I failed to mention that in addition to me being out $120, I still had a phone with broken screen, and they also broke the proximity sensor and volume down key, rendering the phone useless. Extremely dissapointed. Would never return - avoid this place like the plague.

BEWARE!!! All other reviews must be written by friends. This place is a SCAM! I took my iPhone here for a cracked screen, everything else worked just fine. I was told it would take 45 mins. I returned 1 hour later, and was told it would be 15 more mins. After 20 more minutes, Zohaeb told me that my phone was broken. He lied and tried to make it seem like I brought in a broken phone. After talking he admitted to doing something wrong, and having to solder something together. He also admitted that he messed up the first time with the last white screen he had. I gave him another 30 mins, and he put a black screen on my white phone. He insisted that if I came back the next Monday, he would fix it, and put the white screen. I asked him to put this arrangement in writing and said "no, trust me bro". Upon return he tried to say "I never agreed to that", but I had recorded the conversation. Luckily was able to get him to repair it again. Do not trust them with your phone!

I went to have my iPhone 7 screen repaired and the attendant told me it was 199 dollars. I found the amount very high and asked him why and he said it was because it was a new IPhone version. While he was repairing it, I was still doubtful and I look at the Apple Store Website and saw that they change it for 129 dollars even when you are out of warranty. When I came back to pick up my IPhone I was expecting at least a price match since we go to these other stores stores to try to save money and he told me no because they buy it from a third party company. I feel at least they took 70.99 dollars from me in a very dishonest way. This is not the way we should conduct business.

I previously made a good review about this place because I was told I would get a discount if I did. Well, they promised me they could unlock my phone, even though it was blacklisted (I should have known better). They took my money ($100), didnt bother to call me even after 10 BUSINESS days (i.e. two weeks) and lost my receipt. They then had the audacity to tell me that they could unlock my phone if I paid extra for a premium service..... Thankfully at least I still my original receipt and will be filing a dispute with my credit card.

Customer service is always really important to me and Unlock Phone & Repair has excellent customer service. Went there to fix my iPhone 5s screen on a friends recommendation after she got her iPhone unlocked. Very quick service at a very reasonable price, compared to other places I had called. They also gave me a discount on a case for my phone because I got my phone fixed from them! Ive recommended this place to all my friends, and I would definitely do business here again

Brought my phone here to get the screen fixed, they said it would take a few days to get the screen but it ended up taking a week. Then when I received the phone back the sim card holder was detached. I called to speak with management and was told they would call me when they arrived. Its been a week havent heard from anyone. When I spoke to the associate he pretty much told me it wasnt there problem. Never again!

I am very clumsy so I stay cracking my phones screen and this is my go to place! The owner is really nice and friendly. He explains everything he does before he does it unlike some places who just bill you without telling you what they even fixed! I highly recommend this place for all your cell phone repair needs!

All of these reviews are friends/family. This place butchered my wifes iPhone. It looks like he removed the screen with a chisel and mallet, broke a piece off of the motherboard and then lied about doing it. I could go on... Do NOT go here if youre looking for a quality screen replacement.

Say they open at 10. Not! Left at 10:20am. I wasted an entire hourlong trip. Integrity and consistency reflex on an entire business. If they cant even open on time then how can they be trusted with my phone?
