Martha, the manager, provides excellent customer service. I had a problem with my LG phone that required several visits but Martha was very patient and professional. She went far above her required duties. The store was even open on Labor Day. As long as I am with Cricket I will be a customer at this store and will not hesitate to refer others.

Ive switched to cricket through this authorized dealer 3 years ago and have not gone anywhere else. It takes me about 20 -25 minutes to get to this store from where i live and its always worth the commute. Martha and her staff are very intelligent and im always taken care of in very professional manner.
