The store says it closes at 8:00. I arrived at 7:32 only to find the gate half closed. I asked the employee if they were open, and he told me they were closed. My husband said, "I thought you closed at 8." The employee replied that they do close at 8 but they have to close the gate a half hour early. By 7:45 the gate was all the way down. If you want to close at 7:30, I have no problem with that, but if you list your closing time as 8:00, I expect to be able to come into your store until 8:00. I wont go here again, and I am tempted to call Cricket headquarters to see if they consider this acceptable practice for one of their stores.

Worst experience ever... rude customer service. False advertising. Dirty establishment never opens on time. Never Im uniform. Always sits in back. Closes earlier then the time they supposed to. Doesnt speak English. No name tags. Sits in chair always on labtop I will never shop at Cricket again from this day forward Im taking my business to METRO PCS.... wish I could give them no stars worst experience ever...
