Arrived at this location at 1:10 on in which I was told the problem that I was having could only be handled my the manager. On my arrival, she as on the phone and I was told she wouldnt be long. After waiting 32 minutes, and employees going back and forth in the back where she was "on the phone," I was told it would be another 20 minutes because she was on an important phone call. OK?! So my money and time isnt important? Already after being a customer for 5 hours, I started having problems with the service but now after 3 days, I see how they handle customer service issues. Not a happy customer as I end this message, its currently 1:54 pm and I still havent been helped.

Just changed service from Verizon at this location staff were nice and helpful in helping my family pick out new phones and accessories. Cell service has been good in the area.
