The staff that was in there today was so rude. Not one person greeted me or anything. I had to ASK for an associate. The lady working glanced up at me and said that associate I request was off, and she went right back to what she was doing. Ugh!! I hate bad customer service. It is best to go when Tiffani is working. She has excellent customer service skills.

Ive been to a lot of Verizon stores and have never received such great service as the one in Morrow! Everyone that works at this store knows what they are talking about and can help you find a solution! I will only go out of my way to Morrow just for the amazing customer service they provide!

Customer service sucks everytime I come into this location I have to weigh at least 25 30 minutes or more even when it is not busy how do not recommend me to come to the store hours to minutes to go to the store on the northside of Atlanta anywhere north shitty
