On Friday Jan 7th I went into this store to become a new T-Mobile Customer, I signed the book at the front door expecting to be serviced. While waiting around the store I hear one of the sales reps yell out loud who is next, as my husband and I approached the counter she states to another gentleman no you are next, ok find may be he is that’s what I am thinking, I say well what’s the purpose of signing the book if you have to yell who is next, well why did I say that. The "customer service agent" said maam what are you talking about in the most nasty and insulting tone" I said miss I just asked a simple question she started yelling even a dog deserves respect and she is the one being disrespectful, I then stated that I need to speak to a manger she said there is no manager available I am the acting manager, i said you can’t be not providing the customer service that you are given you must not want a job, she yelled "I don’t" I advised that i would make sure that she wouldnt she said fine I can go and tell Jesus. It was the most humiliating unprofessional experience that I have ever had. This young lady made me feel like I can go through any measures to report her and nothing would happen to her and please believe that I will and have. I believe that Customer Service goes a very long way and says a lot about your company. It was very embarrassing there was a store full of people and not to mention my 9 and 7yr old children were there. I plan on spreading the word that this is a very unprofessional atmosphere and if you are looking for “outstanding customer service” this is not the location that you would want to go to. When i first enter the store not a signal employee said any thing to me. After 15 min of standing behind some one. I was finally ask if I had sing in. I came in to the store for nothing more than a Sim car. After sitting down for over an hour in the store I had yet to be attended. And one of the employees. Was still helping the exact same customers. That she had been talking to sense be for I arrive. She seem to be having a casual conversation with him. That seem completely unrelated to any thing regarding T Mobile services. I sat next to another customer that had been waiting even longer than me. And was also here for only a Sim card. I believe that the issue is that they seem to be under staff. And need to concentrated on being friendly while efficiently and quickly attending customers. Rather than getting caught up with one customer.

This store I went to this store tell them checking my iPad . But they never check it they just want the money from customer . The problem about the IPad I bought from them few month ago . And it have a problem because my iPad have no service and i ask them check it for me and they took the SIM card out of the sim tray and they see Apple sim and then they said they never sale the iPad have the apple sim for customer but that IPad I have from them. I buy 4 iPad from t-mobile all them active by apple sim not t-mobile sim But they charge $20.00 for the SIM card but they never give the customer t-mobile SIM card . Also they customer service very bad .

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY SELL DEFECTIVE DEVICES. THE REPS ARE LYING AN CONING THE CUSTOMERS INTO PURCHASING THOSE EXPENSIVE ACCESSORIES BY TELLING YOU THAT THEY COME WITH THE PURCHASE OF UR NEW PHONE.... AN THEYRE AT NO CHARGE TO YOU DURING THE PURCHAS OF PHONE AN ALSO NO CHARGE TO BILL EITHER. I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY. I was charged $40 for a screen protector an also $40 a rubber phone case that I can purchase on amazon for much cheaper....I purchased a screen protector for $3 an the case for less than $10.

This location do not have great customer service each time I have been to this location they where not helpful at all they always walking away from you and go in the back when your handling business over the phone and leave you alone for 10 15 mins at a time its ridiculous that they dont really care about the customer please do better !

The employees at this store have excellent customer service. They go above and beyond to help customers. Shout out to Larry, Brandon, and Edward...no matter how busy the store gets all of the employees work effeciently. Thanks for giving me a good customer experience time and time again.
