What can i say i havent had any issues, I like there service, the plan is truly unlimited, and the customer service is really good all the staff are truly helpful and willing to help. What i like the most is that they were able to answer any concerns i might have had. I RECOMMEND CRICKET AND LOCATION TO EVEYONE who is tired of there cell phone provider and who enjoy great customer service like me......

I had recently moved company from Metropcs to Cricket. The employees were amazing. They are always trying to go the extra mile to make the customer happy. I had gone to the Cricket on North Monroe st, but they were so rude. Please save yourself the hassle and just go to Cricket on West Tennessee St.
