These other reviews are full of bs. I have been here 4 times in the last 3 months for issues with my device. The usual rep is Justin. He is very attentive, to the point, and seems to genuinely care about what Im spending and what my experience is like, though I admit hes a tad blunt. Ive also worked with Calvin and Amber, and they were both very nice. As far as customers complaining about upgrade/activation fees, thats not the store idiot, Ive had Verizon 20 years and paid an activation fee every time I bought a new phone. Learn how the world works people, and stop giving these guys a hard time. Theyre people just like you and me.

Atrocious service and experience. Brought my phone in to a Verizon store as stated on the Verizon website to be replaced (cracked screen) through a program and they immediately said they wouldnt do it. They just want money (a phone I wanted earlier in the year was also over $100 more expensive than just using the Verizon website) and they will not help you with authentic requests that dont give them a profit like the store on Monroe will. Take yourself elsewhere.

I was in town for my sisters graduation when my phone stopped working. I came here in hopes of either getting it fixed or getting a new one. With our day time crunched we stopped by in the morning only to find out it didnt open for another half hour. However they let us in anyway and got me a new phone quick and easy so I was able to take photos of my sister graduating! Wonderful place!

Waiting for absolutely nothing. One associate on the clock and rather rude if I do say so. I work in retail and if there is one thing Ive learned its that service levels must be second to none; otherwise your not growing the business, your dying.

Do not ever buy service there! They charge way more than a corporate store does. They charge activation fee and SIM card fee which could have been avoided if you got all these things online or at a corporate store. Their service is also bad.

i guess i had to wait a bit before being helped. only one guy working. he did welcome me and when my turn he was cool. set me up and i left. bout a hour in the store. 20 min of help. put another worker in the store and no complaint.

I waited over an hour while one guy helped two people. Then when the fellow came back from lunch who gave me a quote before he left for lunch, he was helping some woman who came in after us.

Had a good experience. Switched out my phone with no issue. Employees are kind. Keep in mind this is a retail location and not one for your bill and etc.
