I visited the Franklin "Cricket Store" today, 6-2-2016, & was pleasantly surprised with the assistance I received from the employee, Henry. He transferred my contacts from my old phone..I had ordered my phone online from "Cricket" & was able to activate phone but not transfer contacts. he also "paired" my phone with my van. Very pleased with the service I received from the Cricket employee, Henry. He knows what he is doing & very pleasant!!! I will definitely visit this store again!

I went in to get new service and left because the guy working was rude and nasty. He was helping people that came into the store after myself and the other customers in the store. We waited 20 minutes to be helped because the others that just walked in took prescience over gaining new customers to cricket. I went with another provider and wont ever go to cricket because of the extremely poor customer service.
