Do not bother!!! Store is a waste of time!!! Not only did they order the wrong piece of equipment, I had to wait 3 days for it to be delivered (instead of overnight as promised) and then have them tell me they couldnt exchange it in the store. They ordered me a new one and as of 16 hrs later, I still have not received the E-Documents to sign which means it didnt ship yet. Good thing is that they offered to wave the shipping fee......REALLY??? We are basically at day #6 since the original order on something that should have been overnight. They were VERY quick to charge me for the equipment and service though.

Great T-Mobile location- small selection in store, but the friendliest staff Ive experienced. Had to replace my cell phone spur of the moment, and didnt make it into the store until about 40 minutes before closing. As it takes a while for data to transfer between phones, I was in the store a few minutes after closing. The employee helping me was funny, friendly, personable and not annoyed in the slightest that the process lasted until after closing time. 10/10 for customer service!

I HIGHLY advise not getting T-Mobile . There warranty is bull crap. It doesnt cover your phone if damaged physically . I went to a store down in Dayton 3 times and was told 3 different things about getting my phone replaced. they told me 3 different amounts of money I WOULD OWE and each time it got higher and higher. This is stupid, my 5 star experience with these guys has dropped down to a 1 star.

Do not bother with the T-Mobile store in the Dayton Mall. No matter how little you know about T-Mobile, you know more than the people who work there. You can find all the information you need to buy a phone and set up service on the T-Mobile website, and if you need help their customer support is excellent.

The guys here dont know what they are talking about. We went here to get a new line added to my friends account and it took them an hour and they messed up his account. He had to call customer service later to get it all fixed.

They have only a tiny selection of phones, but the staff was very helpful (and funny) when I needed some support. Very pleased.
