Not only are the employees excellent in aiding your needs and, if you are anything like me...technological incompetance, but the service is optimal! In the past I have had such terrible service with other companies, I never thought I would find a service that provides literally 24/7 service and even on college campuses (note, it is usually so hard to get service in campus buildings). A representative from the store even called me a few days after beginning service to make sure tmobile was working out well for me. They are very considerate. Also plans are so flexible, you can change things like internet connection or minutes with little hassel what-so-ever. I never take the time to write reviews, but I have been so impressed I felt the need to aid others in their journey to find the best service in Tallahassee area. Definitely go with tmobile and the n. monroe store was definitely a positve experience for me.

I went in to t-mobile fully prepared to do battle for an ongoing problem. However I walked in and was greeted with the best customer service ever. The store manager Jeffery has gone above and beyond to address my issue, provide options for resolution, and fix my issues. My original salespersons Ian and Austin are friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and are two of the best employees in the store. I am wowed by their levels of service and dedication to making my T-Mobile experience first class. I am a very satisfied customer walking out with my new galaxy s3!!!!!

I went into the store on a rainy day because I was told by the customer service number that this is the only way I could get service same day. I was very frustrated when I walked in to the store but was treated so well that I walked out feeling very good about becoming a T-Mobile customer. Austin K was my rep and Jeffrey the manager were so helpful and any time I have called back in to check up they have been so very helpful. I am very pleased with the customer service at this branch location of T-Mobile. Will definitely send people their way.

Terrible customer service. Was told by the assistant manager that my husband and I were lying to them and accusing us of getting the screen replaced when we hadnt. It was a refurbished phone, so any screen replacements wouldve been done prior to our ownership of said phone. Upon calling the 1-800 number, we were told that the individual stores had no way of telling if a screen had been replaced in store. So it turns out that HES the liar. Never going there again due to the blatant disrespect shown to customers.

My husband & I have always received excellent customer service & satisfaction at this T-Mobile store & this weeks experience was no different. The store was very busy but we never felt rushed. Austin showed what a superlative representative of T-Mobile he is by taking his time to answer our questions & solve our problems & treating us as if we were the only people in the store. We appreciate that kind of care!

I went in to this store specifically to get a memory card and have my photos transferred from my old phone to the card, then to my new phone. I stood there for 2 hours just for the guy (who didnt ķnow what he was doing) to wipe 3 years worth of my irreplaceable photos off the card!! All of them gone forever. If this is the standard of service which T-Mobile stands by, then Ill be finding a new carrier asap.

T-Mobile is, by far, the worst cellphone company in the United States. They re coverage is awful. It is fine if you live in the city or a major suburb. But, God forbid if youre ever in a heavily wooded area, your beauty new iphone 6 will magically turn into a gold wafer thin brick right before your eyes.

Second time the customer service has been disrespectful and rude. Really no reason for anyone to come to this location. The appalachee parkway store actually helps you without being rude or trying to rip you off. If the staff is this bad the manager must really suck.

Went here yesterday based off the reviews and I must say I was not disappointed! Very great customer service from Jefferey and Austin! Very nice and energectic.. They fixed everything with no issues. Im happy with my experience here and will be coming back! :)

The customer service is superb. I went in late on a Sat. evening and the Manager and Customer Service Representative (Amber) were both extremely knowledgeable, "straight to the point," and courteous. Highly recommended!
