I went in the store today, and although they were extremely busy with several customers, they still managed to tend to everyone in a quick manner. They had the gift of multi texting an with out error. Also before this store opened, the closest store from my location was the West Carrolton store. And now, Im relieved of the stress of having to go that far! So overall, the location is extremely convenient and the service has been excellent! I hope they maintain their great customer service and have a long, successful run for many, many more years to come!!

I just want to say this store was amazing. I came in not knowing what I wanted, but the owner knew what he was doing. He recommended one of his new phones and even took it out of the box so I could check to make sure it was something I would love. Walked in unaware, and walked out with a new phone and good discount on case. I couldnt have been happier with the service.

My experience was great at the Franklin location. The staff employees was vary nice and helpful and treated us like we were close friends. So i walked out of the store with 5 new phones and cases for a very great price. I would like to thank Arron one of the best store employees there is at the Franklin location thank you metro
