We took my girlfriends blackberry curve to two sprints stores looking to get it serviced because the keyboard stopped working. The first store directed us to a repair shop in Dearborn on Michigan Ave. The service tech there told us in very short terms we were out of luck. We could either buy a new BB for $350 or pay $160 to get out of the contract. He wasnt going to budge, so we left. We decided to try again from a list of repair sites she had, and we ended up at this store. Within two minutes of walking in, their service tech had the phone in pieces, identified that the keyboard contacts needed cleaning, and five minutes later we were out of there with a working phone, covered under warranty at no charge! I cant stress enough how appreciative we were for the professionalism and level of technical expertise we were shown at this particular store. They have earned all of my future business, and I highly recommend them to anyone else thats been given the run around by other stores!

This place is run by shysters! They claim they have a 30 return policy but they didnt take my working item within the 30 days....they will straight lie to you and dont stand behind their work. Theres another Sprint store on the North side of Ford road, I have not been there but if owned and operated by someone other than the person who owns the one on the South side then cool........but otherwise RUN, theyre crooks!!!

I walked in with my beloved phone and its cracked screen, sure Id have to turn it over for a week or more to get it fixed -- if it could be fixed. One of the guys took it in the back to look it over, came out and told me I could come back and pick it up in 20-30 minutes. Half an hour later, I had my phone back, at 100%, and I was giddy with relief. I HIGHLY recommend this store and will only go there in the future.

These guys are awesome. Ive been here a few times to service my Evo and they always have it finished in less than an hour, with absolutely no charg (although I have insurance). The first time they fixed my screen which was totally smashed within 1 hour and today they completely rebuilt my phone with a new charging port, back, and frame with all new buttons in less than a half hour! I highly recommend this place.

THESE GUYS(and Girls) KNOW THEIR PHONES!!!! Night and day difference of the product knowledge vs the corporate store across the street + they fix the phones too. In my business I am both hard on my phones and also particular about everything working at all times...I have never left the store thinking they could have done something more to help me. Hands down, Im a customer for life!!!

There are 2 stores located across from one another. This one is independently owned - I had to go to both locations, I wish I could ve done all of my transaction at this store. The Manager and employee at this store tried much harder and actually cared about my service. If you have the option to go to one store or the other - go here.

This store has the best service anyone could ask for. I have been dealing with them for every phone issue I have had and they always take care of me. They also keep me updated with the new products and promos coming out when I am at the store. Could not ask for a better team of professionals to deal with. Thanks guys!

One of the best people I have seen in my 10 years with Sprint. I did met some good one but they`r not willing to go the extra step to help, I recommend this store to all who`s think Sprint bad to come and see by them self. I wish them the best and good luck

I have visited this store twice for phone repairs. The service was quick, and my phone was fully functional afterwards. Since the latest repair was related to minor hardware issues, my phones memory was left intact. Thanks, Vitaly! (CM friendly)

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store would NEVER go anywhere else! I have 4 phone lines and 2 are for my kids who constantly break their phones and these guys always find a way to fix them or replace them under the insurance at no cost to me!

My screen on my Evo was terrible! They had parts in stock and were fast and courteous! Had my phone back within 2 hours! For a cracked adrenaline thats good timing with other repair orders they also had.
