ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I placed an order over two weeks ago, and have received absolutely NO customer service at all! No tracking number, and especially none of the items that I ordered. I placed my order May 3 for my June 10 wedding, and it appears that two weeks of my time means nothing to these people. Now I wont even be able to exchange my dogs tux for my wedding if the sizing is off! They didnt hesitate to charge my card within 24 hours of placing my order either! I have now spent two days trying to contact them. Ive called, emailed, tried to "Live Chat" (theres nobody even there to talk to you so dont call it "Live"), and sent a message through the website. Looks like they took my money and ran. Despicable!

Simply horrendous customer service. Took over a month to receive my order; I had to contact them multiple times for updates (they never once were available by phone or live chat and took days to respond to emails). It has now been almost 3 weeks and I still havent received a refund. Surprise, surprise, no communication from Pooch Heaven about the refund status. Once again Ive had to send multiple emails. Completely unprofessional. Perhaps the worst customer service Ive received online shopping. I refer you to the BBB. Poochie Heaven has a history of complaints and very unhappy customers.

I place an order over 2 weeks ago and I still have not one item. Their website it says that merchandise should I arrived in 7 business days. It been 10 business days since I place my order and they did not even had the courtesy to get back to me; as they said they would do. I am no longer interested in their product and service. This has been by far my worst online shopping experience.

AWFUL!!!! Do not use. I ordered a product and they sent me the wrong one. I CANNOT get my money back. I paid $25 for an item and $10.51 to send it back. They will not refund me.
