Ive been coming to this location for 2 months. My first 2 visits they had the cat food that I was looking for but I bought the last of it. For the last 6 weeks I keep coming in to find that it STILL hasnt been restocked. The manager keeps checking "the system" & telling me that the specific item Im looking for is scheduled to be delivered in one week. So I keep coming back. SIX TIMES. this is the closest pet store to my home but I keep having to go to their competitor, PetSmart, which is farther away. Today I finally gave up. If they cant even be bothered to deliver a product thats clearly in demand then they will continue to lose customers to their competitors. Im not even going to waste my time going here anymore!

I do shop here a lot and I love that they have the petco foundation. I also like the way they have remodeled the adoption area. The kittens and cats are more visible and can play together. I love that they allow local rescues to adopt out dogs on the weekends from this location. I also like that most of their pet foods are grain free, non-gmo or organic. I do find them to be very expensive and a lot of things are not priced. Also, the people working there are not always friendly.

Went in there yesterday. Im in the market for a new cat. They said i could adopt a cat but wouldnt let me take time and even pet one to see if i liked it or if it liked me. They said they were too busy..... I understand being short handed, however their indifferent attitude would make me suggest to cat haven that they take their cats elsewhere. The worker i talked to didnt seam to care about animals.

I took my 2 85lb+ long haired dogs to get shaved here and Lauren and Jeri did an incredible job. The price was the cheapest around but the quality surpassed any place Ive brought them to.
