I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Over the years, my family has had four dogs and a chinchilla cremated here and it was as good an experience as something sad like this can be. Their remains were placed in a ziploc bag inside a small, decorative, appropriately sized tin. Pet Memories also included a paw print mold in clay, which held a lot of sentimental value for us. They even did this for our chinchilla - it was pretty funny to see Chinnys tiny claws memorialized in clay. In addition, they sell boxes of all shapes and sizes to store pet remains in - we always pick up nice boxes with picture frames built in so we can put in photos of our dogs to remember them by. You can also buy tags to put on the box - there are a multitude of options. Others have pointed out that they do give out little "gizmos" - pens and flashlights branded with their name, address, and phone number. Pet Memories is a business that needs to advertise so I am okay with it - I just want them to keep providing this service for loving pet owners. Cremation is so much better and more dignified than other methods of pet disposal and it helps you keep the pet close to you forever. In addition, the woman there (do not know her name, sorry) was incredibly supportive and reassuring when I dropped off my dog Coco. I was crying pretty hard - we had him for 13 years and he was my childhood dog - and she comforted me and told me she still remembers all of her childhood pets and what they were like. She has always been very nice to my family. Its really valuable to have people who have had and loved their own pets running a place like this. I cant recommend it enough when the day comes that you need a service like this.

I just received an urn for my sweet kitty Cookies who unfortunately passed away last week after many many loving beautiful years. The package I received not only included her urn, but a bunch of little marketing chatchkis and items all branded with the pet memories logo on them: - calculator, pen, and flashlight. Why a company would do this? I do not understand. You would not ship a casket with a bunch of marketing items and advertisements. So why is it okay to send them with my babys final resting place? Im disgusted, appalled, and in tears. This is rude and tacky beyond words.
