Been here twice once with an old set of golf clubs but look up where the best place to sell old golf clubs,was a,pawn shop due to people who what to try golf it is an inexpensive place to buy good clubs cheap I was told that they were worth nothing sold them at a used sports store for 300.00. Then I cam back with a cable test meter.even though it had the latest up date and calibrated by the local cable company he said it was worth nothing again went to a used electronics.store. and I was asking 600.00 for the unit at the pawn shop the guy at the store said with the updates and just calibrated it listed for 1200.00 used he gave me 800.00 for the unit without the charger. Before I walked out the mucelman behind the counter said i think I know what I am doing aaa I guess not between the 2 times I have been there you lost the company money very easy to act like an jerk behind bullet prof glass. Will never go back the just a,rip off and they dont know what they are doing and I have already complained to the corporate office and got a,nice email back from the apologizing for my experience evidently I am not the only one to complain.go to any other perfic pawn other than pawn the Wayne store

TOTAL SCAM!!! They deceive you in thinking youre pawning your items but in actuality your entering into a "Buy Back Program" which allows them to charge you ASTRONOMICAL fees and interest rates!! The laws are very clear about how much they can and cannot charge on a PAWN, so this is their way of skirting the system. Actually Im not sure if its even legal! All I know is at the time none of this was posted, stated or explained to me at all nor was I given any other option. If theyre a legitimate pawn broker why wasnt I given a traditional loan!? Instead I was mislead into being ridiculously overcharged!! Oh yeah, to top it off they wont even let you go a day on your interest payments otherwise you can kiss your stuff goodbye! So beware!

HORRIBLE THEY RUINED MY WHOLE LABOR DAY WEEKEND. BEEN IN TOUCH WITH THESE GUYS ALL WEEK TELLING THEM I NEED A LOAN FOR THIS WEEKEND FOR MY JETSKI AND I WOULD BE COMING IN SATURDAY. SATURDAY THEY TOLD ME THEY CANT TAKE MY JETSKI BECAUSE THEY RAN OUT OF SPACE. NOT TO MENTION THE LOWBALL OFFER WITH PROBABLY ILLEGAL INTEREST. WHO CHARGES $500 INTEREST A MONTH? EITHER WAY WAS STILL GONNA DO THE DEAL AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THEY DONT HAVE SPACE. PLACE IS A JOKE AND TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I DEAL WITH PAWN SHOPS ALL THE TIME BECAUSE I DONT LIKE BANKS BUT WILL STAY AWAY FROM THESE MORONS. HOPE YOU DO AS WELL GO TO EZCORP PAWN IN NYC FOR JETSKIS THEY CAME TO THE RESCUE AND GAVE ME 1000 MORE THEN THESE LOWLIFES

I went to perfect pawn on rt 23 (ONCE). First off, i walked in with over $500 of guitar equipment. The offer he made me is so embarassing i refuse to reveal it. Unfortunately I desperately need the cash to pay a bill. The loan charge was $50 dollars without no grace period of the due date. I CALLED AND ASK IF I CAN HAVE ONE MORE DAY, LITERALLY BECAUSE OF MY WORK HOURS. They said if i dont come in, they cannot release my equipment. and the "negative reviews are true". the loan interest rate is crazy high. pawndingo in totowa has the same offers and the loan interest is dramatically lower i almosted fainted. very low selection of items. the inside of the store looks like a western union. sorry but not sorry

First off let me say I never leave reviews But today after leaving the shop on rt.23 I Damn near shead a tear Im horticulturlist self taught and I fell on hard times so after being option-less I called and these guy helped me out big time they didnt short cash me on my loan and then after trying to get a 2nd extension on my loan the guy over there told me to (hold my money )so I can just come get my stuff when I had the money instead of dumping all my money on extensions this mean a lot to me all my bills cable car insurance and rent all fell on the same time thank you guys love the store the people and the service I recommend if you need then went in

Very very rude staff. They speak down to you as if you are a nobody and nothing. Its bad enough that you are in a position that you have to go to their shop to begin with but to be treated with such blatant disrespect is unnecessary. Because of their attitude and condescending manner I took my business elsewhere and wound up doing business with a very very nice bunch of people at a pawn shop on union blvd in Totowa. They understood my situation and were more than willing to help me when I needed it. I would NEVER step foot in this place again and if the need ever arises where I need to do this again I will definitely be going back to Totowa. to pawn

I went to this pawn shop in order to sell some gold jewelry that I no longer use. I was surprised that for all of what I brought, I was only offered $240. I found it suspicious and decided to head to a jewelry store in Oakland that buys gold, where I was immediately offered $400. My advice? Dont come here. You could find a better offer for what you have anywhere else.

Today I brought my Rolex into Perfect Pawn and I am more than satisfied with the price I was given, I was not expecting such a fair rate. I was also pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the employee assisting me made me feel and patiently answered all of my questions. I have not one thing to complain about, by far the best pawn shop I have visited.

Horrible attitude gentleman at front desk didnt even care about service was on phone texting didnt even acknowledge the items I had brought to him and told me he was not interested very rude will never go back again dont advise anybody to go to this location ever people like this should not be in business to deal with customer service.

thee best pawn shop around. prices are great on everything. buy back program they have is incredibly helpful if you need cash asap. workers are flexible in helping you out with certain things. especially Dave he has helped me with many things you wouldnt get at any other pawn shops. hands down a great place definitely 5⃣⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am beyond satisfied with my visit to Perfect Pawn. I was initially hesitant to go in but after hearing nothing but positive experiences, I had to see for myself. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable about all of their stock. Curiosity brought me in, but great customer service will keep me praising Perfect Pawn!
