My family and I searched feverishly for months for a used automotive sales company in our vicinity. However, after a dear friend of ours had made a purchase with Enterprise Car Sales, we were inclined to give them a try. After speaking over the telephone regarding our automotive preferences, we made an appointment with Mr. Eric Bryant who went above and beyond to ensure that our automotive needs were met. Long story short, we selected our vehicle, was qualified for the automotive loan; however, the lack of communication between the staff and upper management was deplorable! I lost count after speaking to several management personnel regarding a refund that was due us for window tinting of our vehicle. Mind you, we were charged in advanced for the window tinting. Moreover, after speaking with Mr. Bryant and several management personnel regarding this issue, our request had fallen on deaf ears. Finally, after receiving 1/4 of our window tinting we did not receive the full refund until a month later. My mom was very upset with Enterprise Car Sales for being disingenuous in refunding our monies. After a final call to the manager on duty, we were pleased that he took our concern to heart and mailed us a full refund within a weeks time via expedited mail. Communication is definitely lacking between management staff and car sales representatives to ensure that customers needs are met with the utmost level of expediency, honesty and integrity.

OMG!!! I have put off buying a car for over a year (and I needed one because my AC went out) because I didnt want to take a whole day and honestly, I dreaded the process. I have to admit that Devon and the rest of the team had me in and out, WITH A NEW CAR, in two hours. I could have not been more excited, shocked and surprised!! I was so impressed with their system. They have the car selling procedure down to a science. They didnt waste any unnecessary time with me. I got a great car, 2015 Toyota Corolla, at a great price. I could not be happier with the service and the car. I rent a lot from Enterprise so I decided to purchase my car from them or at least give them a try and Im glad that I did. They have a customer for life. Devon, David, Justin and the rest of the crew are awesome and have the upmost respect for your time and schedule. I have to say that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Geoff Bray and Mert Singson made this the most enjoyable experience I have ever had at a car dealership. They both listened to what I wanted and what I wanted to pay for a deposit and a monthly payment. They both found cars that matched my needs and I found the one that was perfect for my family on the second test drive. It was late in the evening when we selected the car and they were able to secure the financing the next morning. My family went with me later that day and we drove home our new car. Thank you both and we will see you again next year to replace our other vehicle!

We located the van that we wanted via the online webpage. Had already researched vehicle specs, options, and pricing - just needed up front look and inspect vehice condition. Staff was very helpful and was able to demonstrate features. No haggling or pushing since I dont like any pressure from sales reps. Will be back when ready for the next one but need a break for now. Devon was wonderful! She took the time to explain all the details to my wife and I. She stayed late to accommodate my schedule. She even brought us a cd case we had left in our trade in. The sales manager was also very personable, and gave us a deal on our trade in. Financing with them through 1st Advantage Credit Union couldnt have been easier. High marks for all involved!

I had a great experience with the sales Representative Dustin Scales .I was not pressured in to buying and I was able to say let me think about my decision without the sales men being upset. The paper work was explain clearly and those guys didnt mind going over it twice . I would recommend anybody go to enterprise to purchase a car because they care about their customers.

Bought anew Odyssey from Reggie and the experience was great. Ever so minor flaws in the vehicle were addressed completely. Experience was so good that 2 months later we considered only Enterprise for my truck. Dustin answered my inquiry and was most attentive to my needs. Once again, minor flaws were fully addressed to complete satisfaction. Go Enterprise.

I had a great car buying experience however I wasnt aware that my 2014 Ford Focus had a recall on it and this was found out a week after my purchase. The Ford dealership stated I have to now wait 8 weeks for a clutch to be placed in my car. I am not aware of they knew this at Enterprises I would have just wish I had known this prior to my purchase.
