lET ME START BY SAYING THEY CHANGED THEIR BUSINESS NAME FOR A REASON. My date of contract began on September 21, 2015, However I just realized the amount of money they jacked up to when I received late payment notice with the balance owed. My truck was supposed to be $4900. I then gave them a $2000 down payment ($1,000 CASH. $1,000 TRADE-IN). Technically my balance should have then reduced to $2900. So I then asked for Credit acceptance (the loan company) to give me a copy of the contract, since Ive never had one. They sent me a copy in the mail. A form I never ELECTRONICALLY filled out. This form states amount financed is $6459.70. How is that even possible? I put down a $2000 down payment and still over the amount it was supposed to be. Additional comment- Me and my mother went back to the dealership 1-2 month after it was sold to me and inquired on my brakes. How could it have passed inspection if when I took it to the FORD dealership they told me it is not safe at all to be driving? So they then flicked us off told us to get off the lot because my mother was questioning them and they said it was nothing they can do after 30 days, basically that we are SOL. So after all of this non sense I refuse to contact them. They are scammers! -READ CONTRACT BEFORE SIGNING -KNOW YOUR INTEREST RATE -TAKE TO GET VEHICLE LOOKED AT ON YOUR TEST DRIVE BECAUSE MINE HAS BEEN SITTING IN WATER SOMEWHERE. -TAKE MARK OF YOUR DOWN PAYMENT MAKE SURE EVERYTHING ADDS UP.

Great salesman, Christian was accomadating and straight forward. Valerie, who does the books, is the nicest person Ive met in a while. Christian kept me laughing and smiling because hes a) really funny and b) he sold me a great SUV for a great price. Its not fancy but its worth checking out. I went for another car I saw on CarGurus but found one I liked much more in the lot.

Unlimited auto is the best You have to check them out everything went good. What I was told over the phone was the same thing I was told when I got there. Thanks to Christian and the staf got me in the SUV for my family. So dont wast your time with other dealerships unlimited auto will get you in the car or SUV you need to day. So go now I mean not now but RIGHT NOW

Typical used car "oil slick" dealership ... I called about a car listed for sale, was told it was on the lot and "come test drive" yet I arrive 10 minutes later and the car is not found. They say to me when I arrive it was sold it yesterday, but they have "better cars for me to see". Stay away!!!
