My original post was how great they were but Ive come to realize I have been tricked. The car has issues with heating and they have taken the car back to flush the coolant system/heater core and by looking into the coolant system it is filled with debris. When I first test drive the car, I pointed out that it sounded like something was leaking while I was driving and they said that they just put all new fluids in the vehicle and that its running through the system...no.....its leaking and spraying everywhere under the hood. As for the oil, I just took my car to a shop to get an overview done and the very first phone call I received what that this oil is really old and doesnt seem to be changed in a really long time.... I have text messages between me and the company about one of the issues that they were suppose to find a solution for and they just stop responding to me and never got back to me. The car had heat for a little bit and then would go away. We bought the car to be able to travel home with since we moved here for a job, and the heat kept going out. One drive home we had heat for the beginning of the trio and then it was gone. My two kids froze in the car during the winter drive home (4hour dive). We should not have to wear winter coats, hats, gloves and be wrapped up to drive in a car that SHOULD have heat. I paid for the car in full that day and paid for a warranty but nothing was ever fixed. I do not recommend this place...if you go there, go there with someone who knows a lot about cars so they can look for issues before you drive it off the lot. Also, they say they have their own mechanic shop....even if they do, I wouldnt trust them because they obviously did not take care of any issues with the car.

DO NOT buy a car from this fly by night place! I cant believe they even are still in business!my experience with them was horrible! Very unprofessional people. Sold me a complete lemon. Nothing but problem.they wouldnt even inspect the car bc it hey knew it was in very poor condition.i had one probl after the next and they treated me terrible.i didnt want to even give one star they deserve to be closed!!!

Appalachian auto LLC is a great place to buy cars.. every car is sold serviced and inspected. Unfortunately we cant please everyone but it has been under new management since early this yr.. And we strive to give the best service we can within reason. . We do not sell un inspected vehicles ever..most cars and trucks there are sold under kelly blue book value. . Thanks for shopping!

Have dealt with the owners of this company for many years. They go far beyond what would normally be expected to treat every customer as family...I recommend Appalachian to everyone due to the curtious and willingness to care for a customers needs... Every vehicle i have purchased (5) total from here has been wonderful.

Do not buy a car here...they do "quick fixes" and quit responding to you....we have had the vehicle for 4 months and its been one thing after another since day 2 of owning the vehicle...now to find out engine is bad.

Bought a decent truck for a decent price- still running great and have had no problems. I would recommend taking a look here if you are just looking for a get around vehicle.
