Do not do business with this establishment. They title STOLEN vehicles by reporting them to the state as abandoned, obtaining a mechanics lien, then transfer the vehicles to an individual as if the person bought it from them. ASK A NEWPORT NEWS POLICE FOR INFORMATION ABOUT HOW SHADY THIS DEALERSHIP IS. How do I know? I unknowingly purchased a stolen vehicle from a PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL that "knew someone from Dads auto" and the vehicle had a title obtained from this dealership using the method I outlined above. The vehicle that I purchased that was titled (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS STOLEN) through this dealership is the one I have uploaded a picture of. BUYER BEWARE

First things first My name is Justin Dan, My wifes name keeps showing up and I dont have the computer knowledge to make it change. I walked into drivers choice with mindset of "Im only going to look at this one truck." 3 hours later I drove away in a dream truck. I have been serving in the Army for 16 years so I know what its like to have sales people try to take advantage of me. This was most definitely not the case at drivers choice. They were kind honest and worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. I have never met any car salespeople with more integrity and drive to get what I want. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Josh greeted me with a great personality, he was nice and mannerable and the rest is Herstory cause Ive never been car shopping alone. The rest of the Driver Choice family is also Beautiful people as well, so I want to Thank Charlie, the young Man who cleaned my truck and the rest of the Wonderful, Fantastic, Warm Staff and so Down to Earth, they make you feel at home... I never imagined This type of professionalism in 2017.

Excellent service! Have been here twice for mechanical repairs and received work done at reasonable prices and work quality was high caliber. Highly recommend the mechanics here. Havent rented or purchased vehicle here so cant comment on that aspect of the business.

Please dont waste your time with buying a car from this place. I was sold a truck with a bad transmission. I also purchased a warranty that they will not honor I will be getting a lawyer to resolve the issue I only had the truck for less than 90 days.
