I have been using Auto Haus for many years, starting with their facility in Yorktown, and now at their new location in Williamsburg. While I have never purchased a vehicle from them, based on my protracted interaction with their Service department as well as everyone else on their staff, I would not hesitate to do so. As for the Service Department: I have used their services with many cars I have owned in the past, from Audi to Porsche and now, among others, a modern classic Italian exotic. Every time they delivered exactly what they promised: there doesnt seem to be anything that relates to the operation of an automobile that they cant resolve. Everyone is pleasant, helpful and punctual. Ah, and Simon (the Austrian technician extraordinaire) is absolutely a gem at diagnosing and fixing anything. In a word, he is a genius in his field who can make "easy" out of "enormously complicated". I truly cant commend Auto Haus highly enough: and my opinion as a customer is based over many years and countless interactions with them.

Autohaus, Williamsburg, Va. I am a "first time" customer at this Autohaus store for an oil change. Oil change went fine, Then a call from Autohaus telling me 2 things about my 2 rear Michelin tires: #1. Treads were worn down and #2. a cut in one and a hole in the other. Both problems required replacing both tires. They would order them and have them ready for the next day. I went to Costco were I purchased them and the results were as follows: Treadwear was fine at 50% and only 1 TIRE had an outside cut which was under warranty. Bottom Line: Replaced ONE tire at A PRORATED 50% of the cost. CONCLUSION: #1. Autohauss recommendation about Treadwear and both rear tires requiring replacement was TOTALLY INCORRECT! #2, Only ONE TIRE had a defect (NOT TWO) and that was replaced under Michelins tire warranty at 50% of the cost. Autohaus never recommended Michelins warranty at all. Seems Autohaus was only interested in selling 2 tires for $300+ OVER A PHONE CALL. LESSON: BUYER BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!

I bought a Subaru Outback from Auto Haus (Williamsburg) last week and I couldnt be happier with my purchase and my car buying experience. The 45 minute drive from Chesapeake was definitely worth it. The best way to sum it up was they were professional with a personal touch. I felt like I was given a great deal and that I bought from an honest customer-friendly business. I wanted a couple of things done before I purchased the car and they gladly took care of it. I had the pleasure of having Kevin as my salesman. He was more than a salesman though, he was a very informative, friendly, honest guy who made me feel very satisfied with my purchase. Every person on their staff was professional and friendly. I am super impressed with this dealership and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. They treat their customers right.

Very relaxed atmosphere just a great experience all around. Everyone I talked to were really wonderful. Timely communication from the sales Rep. Rafael, very jovial, yet businesslike, and respectful approach from the sales manager, had a great time with finance manager Diane. The vehicle was competitively priced. Once the negotiations and sales process were completed, I felt satisfied that I had a good deal. Really impressed and would recommend this dealer. Glad we drove the hour and 15 minutes to deal with them. My only complaint was that they couldnt completely remove the pet odor and dander, I sneezed and coughed a lot while driving back home with the vehicle...but I was able to eliminate the odor and dander the following day. Notwithstanding I would definitely buy from them again. Actual purchase took place at the Yorktown location!

I recently had a small accident in my Passat and decided to follow recommendations and have Ron and the guys at the Autohaus body shop work on my car. Ron went out of his way to keep me in the loop on the progress. He also took care of getting my insurance adjuster scheduled to address hidden structural damage. After the perfect repair, I found that one of my front end sensors was also broken . This was something that Ron could not have known, as it required an actual VW tech to fix. I used a dealer in Fredericksburg and Ron went out of his way again to coordinate with my insurance agent and the VW service manager. This additional repair at a different dealership was made easier by Ron going above and beyond to ensure I didnt have to spend any time making calls or stressing about anything. Thanks Ron...!!!!

Adam P. from Williamsburg here, writing on my friend Kims Google Account (I dont have one), to say: Auto Haus is an exceptionally clean, calm and friendly place to buy a fine automobile! I dropped by one Saturday afternoon just to take a look at what was on display, and salesman Rafaello Cruz allowed me to test drive a used Audi that caught my eye on a long highway drive, explaining the cars features to me along the way, as well as just chatting. I never felt at all pressured to buy the car--which is precisely one of the reasons I ended up buying the car. After purchase, I had several dealings with the Service department, where service was also prompt and friendly. Auto Haus Williamsburg offered, overall, the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. And I love my Audi!

We just took my 16 year old daughter to Auto Haus to get her first car. This makes three generations that have been buying from Auto Haus for over 30 years. We have always gotten quality cars (like only ones they would buy for their own familes) for fair prices. They stand behind their service and provide loaner cars when needed (a big deal to me when Im traveling from the OBX to get work done). They have gone the extra mile to find me the exact type of car I wanted. We love Tony, Diane and the entire professional team that treat us like family. Im sure next time we walk through their doors we will buy something else. It just seems to always happen even if we are not in the market for a new car.

We have bought multiple cars from Auto Haus and we have all of our four German vehicles serviced there. We used to frequent the Yorktown location but weve recently moved to Williamsburg so we are now in the Williamsburg store all of the time. They have a wonderful staff and we enjoy just stopping by on occasion to say hi and see whats in their lot or in the showroom. We love everyone there including the staff in the service department. Austin, Brian, Raffi, Kellen, Ian always welcome us with professionalism and smiling faces. We even get good advice on cigars not to mention the excellent service and car purchases we have made over the last seven years.

This is the second car we have bought from Tony Muller, the first in Yorktown and the second in Williamsburg. While Tony is located in Yorktown he brought a car up to Williamsburg so we could test drive it. He then came to the house to pick up the trade in car. This service was outstanding. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He is also delightful to work with. This is the best and easiest car buying experience we have ever experienced. Kevin made the paperwork as simple as possible. We highly recommend Tony Muller and AutoHaus.
