Que asco de atención al cliente, no tienen criterio para atender a sus miembros.. Desde hace unas semanas los empleados de costco empezaron a pedir la tarjeta de membresía para poder entrar.. Mi hermana llego el domingo a Miami (demostrable con ticket de american airlines), me demore en Citibank al lado de costo, le dije a mi hermana que vaya entrando con mi tarjeta de membresía, cuando acabe mis cosas en el banco quise entrar a buscarla a mi hermana a costco.. NO ME DEJARON ENTRAR sin mi tarjeta.. Le expliqué que no había manera de que la pudiera llamar a mi hermana, ya que no tenía línea en su teléfono, quise buscarla por el lado de los cajeros donde se paga en costco.. ME TRATO DE UNA FORMA TAN DISCRIMINANTE Y ATREVIDA.. Para que vuelva a la puerta de entrada. Una empleada de costco vio la situación y me dijo "te acompaño para que la busques a tu hermana, veo la tarjeta y te puedes quedar". Nunca pude dar con mi hermana, ya que costco es inmenso.. Decidí mostrarle mis facturas de compras anteriores.. Me hizo caminar por toda la tienda para que al final me diga "me la muestras a la salida tu tarjeta"... Ustedes creen que me buscaron para pedirme o confirmar su falta de ética que tienen para atender... DISCRIMINACION, ATREVIDOS, RIDICULOS, ABUSIVOS... son palabras pequeñas para describir tan terrible momento.

Im not sure why Ive never left a review for Costco; I love this place. Im here easily two or three times a week. Ive had a BJs membership in the past but, in my honest opinion, the two are apples and oranges. Costco sells just about anything you can think of including, vehicles, spas, beds and even caskets. I do the majority of my grocery shopping here and focus on the fundamentals like meats, eggs, almond milk, and veggies. Costco also sells clothing including Polos, Shirts, Slacks, Jeans, Socks, Underwear, Shoes, Boots and even seasonal winter items. Pros: 1. Great place for deep discounts on electronics (especially TVs) 2. I figured out long ago that you can come here around lunch time and have an adequate amount of free samples that will leave your tummy satisfied. 3. Greatest return policy of all time. 4. Check out their SquareTrade warranty deals. 5. The Kirkland brand name is great and in my opinion synonymous with quality. 6. Costco gasoline is available to all members and is usually cheaper than the leading brands. Cons: 1. Customer service line takes forever. 2. Avoid weekends, it feels like a Black Friday sale every Saturday and Sunday. 3. Can feel a little crowded at times. 4. Parking can be a headache, especially on weekends.

tiene el peor costumer servicio tanto online como en la tienda compre un bbq en la tienda lo page$ 2600 y despues no havia bbq y no pudieron hacer el renbolso y online los camiones y servicio de tranporte se ronpieron no pudieron hacer el delibre primera ultima vez que compro algo en costo . Has the worst costumer service both online and in store Buy a bbq in the store and then there was no bbq and they could not do the renbolso and online the trucks and transport service They snapped they could not make the first last time I bought something in cost.

I love coming to the Costco in Kendall because everybody is very nice polite; theyre always asking if I found everything I needed that always with a smile from the moment you get there. I love talking to Maria the lady that sometimes greeds or checks received at the end because she is very very fun to talk to. When we check out and Im with my daughter they always ride a happy face and the back of the receipt which she loves. I also buy everything I need for the week here, and specially if I have a special event like a party this is a place to come and buy the food and the plates and stuff you need. Like any other store they are hours where they are busier than others if you get there early in the morning you should be in and out in a jiffy, around noon or early afternoon is there peak time on Saturdays and Sundays so theres a lot of people there especially because they have tastings of their products which is really good, so if you want to go there and have a tasting of certain products they will be displaying during the weekend you can do that.

i like costco for bulk items and have a costco card. i bought a yamaha 2000 generator one year ago. it broke. i drove 120 miles from marathon fl to miami to get another one. they gave me a refund on a costco credit card. then i found out they dont carry them anymore. i chose the power stroke 2200 for $400 with the $50 rebate.im told i can order it on line and get it in 7-8 days. it is cold aboard my boat and i need one today! i bought the only one they have, a generac 2000. $500 + tax. i get back aboard and follow the instructions. it starts immediately. great, except for the noise and the vibration you can hear and feel anywhere on the boat. another 250 mile round trip to replace it with one just like it? i will wait until the cold weather is over 1st as another like this one is unacceptable and a week wait for a power stroke which they advertise is also unacceptable.

Es ideal para familias grandes o para usarlo en fiestas o eventos, yo tengo una familia de 3 personas y no lo uso para nada, si hay cosas puntuales que se pueden comprar , pero no lo uso de forma regular, si bien es cierto que los precios son más económicos con respecto al tamaño y a la cantidad de lo que venden, no hay tanta variedad como en otros supermercados, eso sí, de verdad que la calidad de todo lo que venden es muy buena

I went to Costco store today with my daughter (4 years old) for a regular shopping. I was looking for an item and I asked one of the workers where to find what I was looking for (I asked in Spanish) he told me where to find it. later I found the same guy with a lady who also works there, she made a comment about my daughter to him and then they both laughed and he told her "dont worry she doesnt speak English" meaning that my daughter and I will not understand what they said. I tried to reach customer service or talk to the stores manager but he never came "was too busy " bottom line I FELL VERY OFFENDED FOR THE RACIST!! COMMET FROM STORE EMPLOYEES FROM LONDON SQUARE COSTCO ON WEST KENDALL FL.

Muy mala experiencia con el cajero de no.breve Luis muy grosero para responder derecho una simolestia pregunta si se podía pago con tarjeta de crédito. Respondió que somos el dueño de la membresia. yo solo quería saber si se podía pagar así. Me trato muy mal. Y que si yo era miembro le enseñará mi tarjeta .

I have been to dozens of Costcos in Florida as well as Illinois. This one is the busiest I have been to and so they need to step it up. I parking lot is atrocious littered with shopping carts everywhere. It is partly due to customers leaving carts anywhere they please. This needs some education and more employees dealing with the carts. The fruit section needs to be better. The quality is not the same as other stores. The employees there are willing to help but are overwhelmed. I wont mention the gas station lines...its like the 70s gas rationing lines, now you know how old I am. Please get some extra people to help inside and out.
