January 30, 2016. If There was a way to give no stars at all I would. I have been shopping at bjs for years and everytime I go there, there is always an item that I buy that has been discontinued. They use to sell a double pack of the velveta brick cheese and one day they just decided to not carry it anymore. Now another big thing I get is the state fair 30ct. Box of corndogs and now they have not had it in over two months. When I ask them about it they keep saying that its on back order, but if it was on back order wouldnt it be like that with all the stores?? The reason why I go to Bjs for these corndogs is because bjs is the only store that sells the 30ct. So I went to the website for these corndogs it states that it only sells the 30ct. To Sams club ONLY!!

This store has a high turn-over of employees. A corporation that hires the cheapest labor it can find. Not all, but a large majority of the employees are rude/nasty and ignorant and simply insulting to customers. Management seems to lack even the very least of formal education that would be required for the positions they hold. They condone and lie to justify their and their employees inappropriate and very unacceptable behavior. The management and emplyees lack the simlpe basic knowledge and people skills to do their jobs efficiently and productively. I rate this store with one star, only for the few good employees they do have. If you have a problem in the store, they will ALWAYS blame the customer.

I love this BJs. I used to live in Boynton Beach and I thought I was going to have a hard time getting used to this one, but I was wrong. This one has the cold cuts and cheese department, the gas station and its much more convenient to park. I always find what I need and so far nothing that I need has been out of order. Also, its quite nice to get to know a few of the employees, they are very friendly and recognize me and my husband every time we go. Couldnt all for anything else.

Great people but out of advertised products a lot and limited inventory. Rotisserie Chicken is a big problem as they seem to be out earlier and earlier. This is a membership company so why should it be less of an experience than Walmart that seems to have chickens and other products available and Publix has a huge inventory and never seems to be out of stock- and no member fees.

Mostly about the tire shop. Anytime i come theres only one guy working both the front and doing the work itself. Thatd be tolerable if theyd answer thr phone or you didnt have to go find someone. The workers themselves are good but terrible system. The store itself is fine, nothing special but i agree thr staff is pleasant.

Always Smiling faces their prices are cheaper than Costco or Sams whats great is they take manufacturers coupons and They have their own coupons when walk. I always shop at BJs I save $100 to $200 a month by shopping their. Whats also great they always product demos with free samples going.
