I Need help please!!! Ive been to the Homestead Florida location several times at this point for help and nothing is being done, so I am writing is as somewhat of a last resort. I purchased tires for both my Honda Civic and Honda CRV both with the "full service" package from this location; over a $1500 purchase on and signed up for a BJs MasterCard. My Honda Civic was recently broken into and the original recipt for those tire was stolen along with a few other items. I went to the store with a police report and a statement from the BJs master card of the tires was printed, highlighted and signed from the representative from the customer service desk and I was told that was all I needed for the maintenance of the tires. When it was time for my regular maintenance of the car I brought this printed statement with me. After waiting over half an hour in the completely empty tire department even with my set appointment finally an employee stepped in. He said there was no possible way of receiving the copy of the original recipt and that without it the tire company would not do anything about the 60,000 mile warrently even though I didnt even have that many miles on the car. I called myself and the brand of the tire referred me to tire kingdom and said they would take care of the issue. Upon inspection at the tire kingdom the brand company of the tire said they would honor the warranty but the issues was the tire on the bj MasterCard statement did not match the tires on the vehicle so there was nothing they could do. After realizing this I had to go back to the BJ tire department and speak to a manager Kisha about the situation. Kisha told me that she would contact corporate to obtain the original recipt copy and that they could not honor the maintenance guarantee on the tire without it. Several weeks went by with no word so I went back to follow up, I asked for a "head manager" and spoke with Aileen who could only say that Kisha was on it, to give it another week and I would be sure to revive a call. With several weeks gone and still no word I am writing this as a plea for help. Not only was I lied to about there not being a way to recover a copy of the original recipt and the tire brand company not willing to do anything about the warranty, but was also sold tires that arent even on the car. No one has touch these tire but the BJ staff. Now with the continuous run around from the manegerial staff more damage is being done to the tires and car from not being balanced or rotated, which I already spent a large amount of money for. I am wondering at what point will they consider it dangerous for me to have to drive on an issue that is their mistake. Please help, my contact number is (305)484-1795 Robert Chong

I drove up here from Key Largo with my mother in law because she received an invitation to try a membership here. The invite arrived between Christmas and New Years - while she was visiting family out of state. Upon visiting th membership desk, she was declined the trial membership (came in a couple days late), and wasnt offered any solutions or suggestions, just a "too bad." We were told we could peruse the store, but could not purchase anything without buying a membership full price. I understand that we missed the fine print, but a last-minute promotional coupon which expires over a holiday is a pretty shady offer, especially when there is no customer service to smooth over customers set up for disappointment. We will not be coming back. Also, we used the restrooms on the way out. They were very dirty and clearly not maintained with any reasonable frequency.

Im handicapped and live on a budget I love BJ brand products I imprecise and my calculation of groceries using your prices adding them up in my phones calculator using your coupon no in other stores I havent had this problem but my order today and on others days have come out higher than what I have calculated buy your own pricing by five to $10 more this is a problem for me I went to the front desk today your manager very carefully went through and check the items that I had extremely polite and helpful still we were unable to resolve the problem how often do you do pricing audits where are you check pricing to what comes out in check-out counter there is definitely a problem

Love BJs great quality at a great price! Tire department is the only area that lacks. Always one guy scheduled to run the entire tire shop and propane service. We have complained to management but still the same. Overall the store is well kept.
