I only rated one star bc I have to give it something. I dont know how people can sleep at night taking advantage of an older woman like they did my mother. I am livid and will pursue this to the highest court. I understand people have been outside literally picketing with signs about how crooked they are and I too would join them now. Without saying too much before court, two "salesmen" from Charlotte were in town for a promotion. An A credit rating was declined from FIVE banks including her own bc of the amount the car ($12k over the HIGHEST RETAIL PRICE)...Yes, $12,000 over. They should be ashamed. Of course she wasnt aware of the declines or the reasons until a week or so later when the banks have to send out the decline letter in the mail by law. Isnt price gouging illegal?? Our family is upset that my mother was recently widowed and made a poor buying decision obviously, but after getting all the details, I am now finding out that the snakes wouldnt give my mother her keys when she was tired of waiting!! They even went so far as to follow her home to get the title to her car bc they didnt want to lose the deal when she wanted and tried to declined. They did NOT have financing arranged when she departed, and did NOT arrange financing until after I called in less than 36 hours after this purchase. Then, ten minutes later the GM called and said financing had been approved! Since when can you take a car home as yours without the financing being approved prior? The buyer lost her job the next day after the purchase and Best Chevrolet was also informed of this change. I have never seen such dishonesty and Ive been in the sales world for 20+years myself. I will tell every outlet I can and gather every other person who was lied to and misrepresented about this experience. I am livid and hope that Best Chevrolet knows that this will surely come back around to them if this is how they treat people. So, Id like to say that just the salesmen were the crooks, but it goes all the way to the GM apparently bc I spoke to him myself. Please feel free to contact me as Ive listed my name and will be glad to add your dissatisfaction and story to ours to be made public and add to litigation.

I have had some work done here, oil change and investigating a transmission shifting issue. Oil change was okay. They half-assed the test drive to determine if the transmission was okay or not. A 4 mile test drive probably isnt going to cut it if the tranny isnt slipping during every acceleration. I also asked them to see if there was a reprogram for the TCU because it was downshifting multiple gears when it shouldnt be. They said it shifted fine. What a waste of time. They also will not return your call if you are trying to get the service department, Ive left more than one message and never had a return call when all the service experts were busy. The best thing about this is that the other GM dealer in town is exactly the same, doesnt return your calls. If you want a call back I guess you have to tell them youre looking to trade-up, but then it would be a sales guy, so that wouldnt help either. My recommendation: find a good personal mechanic and let them do all your auto work.

Made a VIP appointment to buy a truck. Was told the truck would be reserved for me. I arrive promptly to my appointment to find out a walk in customer was sold the vehicle I reserved less than 30 minutes prior. I would expect this from low tier used car lot, not from a reputable, Chevrolet backed dealership. Not to mention I didnt receive any notification that my truck was being sold prior to my appointment. Instead I leave work early, drive 25 miles to find out they couldnt wait 30 more minutes to honor my appointment. I will be taking my business to Kevin Whitaker or Bradshaw.

Miscreants that work for the tech department of this dealership have been caught red handed joy-riding customer cares, breaking the vehicle in the process, and charging the car owner for the damage. Even after being caught red handed with an hidden audio recording, the dealership refused accountability. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER AND DO NOT HAVE YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE!!!! Search "Camaro owner records mechanics abusing car, scheming to get damages paid for" for the recording referenced above! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO REMEDY THIS SITUATION??

I have checked into the issue with the Camaro and I wish all of you that jumped on bashing the dealer bandwagon would do more research before swinging the axe of execution. I am not a Chevy fan nor a fan of dealer service departments but I realize that there is always another side to a story. It is amazing what I found. I have personally taken my truck to the service department and I would give them a 5 star rating. They did the job, finished before it was promised, and didnt try to shove useless flushes down my throat. Get the FACTS....PLEASE.

My family bought a 2012 Silverado from Best Chevrolet and couldnt be happier with it. We got a great deal for a great truck. The service was great and we have been very happy with our before, during and after purchase service. Our salesman Albert was very kind and very very knowledgeable about the truck even how all of its "bells and whistles" worked and helped us figure out everything even after we purchased the truck. I recommend them to my friends and family. Theyre a great place. We will return the next time we need a new vehicle.

Consequences follow your actions. Best chevy needs to be held accountable for their actions against the camaro driver. The dealer burnt the clutch and decided to blame it on the owner. Little did they know the owner had set up a voice recorder to see what they were doing with his car, after suspicion from a earlier visit. For anyone looking to buy a car from this dealership I recommend to look otherwise. I had a very pleasant experience throughout the entire process. The salespersons, Dennis Briggs, was very professional and was able to answer all my questions. I met him on my lunch hour to have someone drive the car I intended to trade-in and discuss the value and when I drove up he was there waiting for me and immediately got the process started to test drive my car and start the application process in respect of my time. He was very knowledgeable and I felt he appreciated my businesses. I will recommend him to others.

Went there to get my truck serviced. From the moment I stepped out of my car till the time I got back in was a great experience. I was treated with respect and not like a girl that probably doesnt know anything about vehicles. I was thoroughly told what was wrong with my car and how to get it fixed as well as prices. So big shout to Mr. Derek Smith. You made my visit awesome! Also the guy at the front desk who walked me to where I needed to go!
