Warning! Purchased a 2006 F-150 with 86K miles on 7/1/17. 10 minutes from leaving the dealership my truck abruptly turned off driving down the middle of the busy highway (with my 4-year old in the backseat). I had the truck towed to the Ford dealership only to find out the motor was bad and I would have to purchase a replacement at $8300. I immediately called Double A only to be told that I bought "as is" and I should contact the repair shop they had used to get the car ready to be sold. I am not entirely sure Double A knew of the defect but they certainly have not been sympathetic to my horrible situation. Its 7/6/17 and I am still waiting for the owner of Double A to call me back (Im told hes on vacation) and do whats right. Will update as the situation evolves. Edit: 7/12/17 Still no call from Adam the owner. Finally got Ricky on the phone today in an attempt to discuss my situation. His response to my request to speak with the owner was "Dude, Im just the sales rep. You signed the As-Is. Deal with it." Unfortunately, I no longer have faith that Double A will do whats right. If zero stars was an option that would be the choice. Going to go ahead and say whatever you do never buy a vehicle from this place! Point Blank Period! This is how shady they are, all the 5 star reviews on here are from the owner (Adam Duke), his sales manager, and other family members (not going to say even though I know who they are). People like myself who have actually bought something from this scam are giving one stars. Not to mention there is NO new owners (Mark is not the owner) at this place that is also a lie. But anyways I purchased a truck from these guys and about a month after bringing it home it went into the shop with a unbalanced drive shaft and needs a new transmission. So $3000 dollars later I finally have my truck back that also at one point had a new ignition put in it and can be started and running without a key. Which throws a red flag because if a vehicle is stolen 99% of the time they salvage title it and this one apparently doesnt have a salvage title. Oh yeah and not to mention they buy most of there vehicles from up North and have rust everywhere. So all I can say is STAY AWAY from this place no matter how good of a deal you think it may be.

Did not end up buying the truck I was looking at. The craigslist ad was listed in excellent condition, but the truck was far from it. Rust issues, cosmetic problems (dings and large scratches), interior was in decent but certainly not excellent condition. I was also supposedly approved with a co-buyer for financing until we both received notices in the mail that the loan was turned down. Bottom line, I was disappointed start to finish with my experience. I feel that Double A was very dishonest with me as a potential customer. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. This occurred in April of 2017, so I wouldnt buy into the "new owner" claims. Update: To clarify, at no point was there any type of "deal" made. I arrived with the intention of making a deal until I saw the condition of the vehicle was very far from how it was advertised. I also did received a notice of a loan denial in the mail. Perhaps one was turned down and others were approved, but I am only aware of the denial

My son bought a truck from Double A a month ago and he has had to put a new transmission in the vehicle after 1000 miles. I always feel that you should give a company a chance but after what we have found out that is wrong with this vehicle there is no way that someone did not know this vehicle was a lemon. He has had many other issues with the vehicle and at this point he will have lost 6000.00 if and when he tries to sale the truck just to get a truck that will run properly. I hate that this company is in business because they are the true meaning of the crocked use car salesman. I wish them nothing but the best but please know that you reap what you sow. So sorry but the sale was 3 months ago and Adam was the sales person. I will not remove the one star because this is the reason for reviews. I have a feeling you were the owner because 10 months ago on these reviews you stated you were the new owner. This truck is a true nightmare and my son is paying the price.

BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!!.Purchased a truck from them on 5-24-16. Drove it 25 miles home and noticed a coolant leak. Had a diesel mechanic tell me the next day that the heads were bad. Tried calling them but no answer so I decided to drove there. Right before I get there i stop at a performance diesel SHop and the guy that owns the buisness told me that the truck was in his shop less than 24hrs before I bought it and he informed the salesman that the heads were bad!!! When I informed them of this he replied that the mechanic didnt know what he was talking about and it was fine before i bought it..Still have not received any call from the owner and have been in a rental for a week now out of my own pocket..Cost of repairs estimated at 7,000. These guys are actively committing FRAUD! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE THESE PEOPLES WORD ON ANYTHING!!! I PLAN ON EXPOSING THIS COMPANY ON A REGIONAL LEVEL. THIS 8S NOT HOW YOU CONDUCT BUISNESS!

The absolute most unprofessional experience ever. And just like the other review said, they will tell you a vehicle is yours and while you are getting your money and paperwork together they will sale it out from under you. Then act like they did nothing wrong. There will be no phone call or anything saying that "your" vehicle is about to be sold. Then they will lie and said they tried to call but they must have had the wrong number. Even though they have called you several times and left voicemails before. Terrible experience that will leave you frustrated.

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!Just bought my family an AWESOME F150 from Double A about a month ago and we could not be more pleased. The staff took great care of us from beginning to end. They even had a play area for our kids to play in while we handled our business. Got us a great payment and we even purchased an extended warranty as well. Our truck runs great, was already lifted like we wanted it and 4 doors with Leather. Thank You Double A. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase.

Absolute joke. Got approved for my loan on a ram. When I got there they had told me they had sold the ram late the other night (it was still on the lot) tried to talk me into other trucks with far higher miles for about the same price and tried to act like it was all my fault for not being quick enough. They were in contact with me plenty before I came down but no call and no text to tell me the truck was sold. Very unprofessional. Just go elsewhere
