My experience with this shop was absolutely horrible! There is an owner there by the name of Mike who dealt with my situation in the most unprofessional, disrespectful, inconsiderate way possible. In April of 2014, I attempted to purchase a firearm from this store. After I paid for my firearm in full, they ran my background and I was denied. No refund was given. I did my research on the situation and found out I was not eligible to own a firearm due to my juvenile record. I also found out I will be eligible to purchase a firearm 6 years after my 18th birthday. I am now 24 years oldold. I went back to the same pawn shop November 19th 2015 with my original receipt to try to work something out with the owner. Before I could finish a sentence, he interrupted and began speaking to me with extreme disrespect. Accusing me of lying about purchasing my firearm from them even though I approached them respectfully with the original receipt. He demanded me not to say another word or he would have me arrested. Moral of the story, "Mike" is an irrational, inconsiderate business owner who does not put the customer first. I do not recommend anyone purchase a fire arm or do any type of business with these people. HORRIBLE!

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Davie Rd Pawn a few times now. First time was searching for a specific rifle. While they did not have what I was looking for, they had no problem pointing me in a direction where one may be found. The 2nd time was a simple FFL transfer. Everything done legally and for a very small fee. In fact less than any other shop I know of. This last time was for shipping a hangun to the factory for warranty work. The manufacturer did not offer a shipping label, but suggested using a ffl to ship it to them as rates for them would be less. After explaining what I needed, the gun manager contacted the company, received a shipping label and took care of the problem for me. A short time later called and said the gun was back. When picking it up Inwas told no charge. How can anyone complain about such excellent service? Davie Rd Pawn will be my first stop when searching for a firearm to add to the collection. I would suggest everyone else to do the same, you wont find more fair prices or better service.

Absolutely love the place and the people that work there Dewayne both Ericks Bryan Reynaldo John and now Jerry are all cool cats and mime the owner is a great respectful fair businessman they work with you as long as you work with them they are reasonable fairly cheap and have a good selection of things from guns to tvs to phones video games game systems jewelry antiques guitars swords knives lawn equipment tools bicycles riverside equipment and much more and dont forget they buy gift cards at the best prices compared to anyone in or around town so I give it five stars and give the workers and owners five stars as well I do slot of business with these guys and this place I absolutely love it I recommend it

I dont know what is wrong with the old man that works at the shop.I went to the shop to look for a new carry but all i heard was him yelling and screaming from the old man at the two guys that were there.As soon as i walked into the Gunshop Then when the young guy tried to helped me the older man would not stop talking over him he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude.The young tried to help but he was no match.The old man said to me "if your not buying today then dont waste his time".So i went some where else.I am a old veteran who dont need that kind of service.

Place and employees are a joke. Owner and employees dont even know there own product, and try to lie about them to make a sale. A couple of them didnt even look like they knew how to handle a firearm. The owner or susposed boss man didnt even know simple answers on criteria he is susposed to know. Courous how a place like this is even aloud to operate. On top of all this, place is over priced beyond belief. Stay away, and go to a reputable company that has knowledge on firearms and its laws. Not these clowns.

Very poor service. Had a firearm transferred here which was recommended by a friend a year later I still cant get my item. They gave me the run around and said it was lost then they said a certified letter said they found it.Well as you know it was never sent. Just a lame excuse for losing my item. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Great Experience. I went to purchase my first handgun.They have a large selection of used and new guns. The staff was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I researched and the shop only charges $15 for gun transfer. Highly recommend.
