I bought a large flat screen tv on sale about a month ago from PC Richards. I was told the "Black Friday" sale would apply to my purchase. I just had to come in and show my receipt. When the sale was announced, my tv was another $300 cheaper. I brought my receipt in along with the web page of the new price and in less than 5 minutes they credited me the amount. Side note. 8 years earlier I had the same exact experience with BEST BUY. After being told they would match the Black Friday sale prices when I bought the tv, I was told they wouldnt match any Black Friday prices once I came to claim it. The manager said it says it right on the sign on the wall. I read the sign and pointed out to him it didnt say that anywhere on the sign and he still refused to honor the new price. Since the tv hadnt been delivered yet, I canceled the tv and bought it from PC Richards.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of having my washing machine of 11 years finally bite the bullet. Since the washer ad dryer are stacked I though I would be able to replace just the washer as the dryer still worked fine. Sadly I was informed that the replacement I needed no longer was in production. My salesman Stu Banschick walked me thru the process of selecting a replacement set. he even brought over the store manager Ed i believe his name was to assure me this was the best path to take. As I work all sorts of crazy hours it is difficult for me to commit an entire day to being home. Ed was able to narrow down the delivery and installation. Needless to sa I was very happy with the service and would recommend this store and service to all.. Ruth Bernstein , ESQ

For years, my family has been shopping at PC Richard in Oceanside, for all of our electronic needs. Jeff Sugarman is our go to guy there. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and professional, but he is also incredibly patient and helpful with every aspect of our purchases. Even the delivery crew is outstanding. We recently purchased a new oven, with installation, for my sons Manhattan apartment. They not only disconnected and removed the old oven, but reconnected and installed the new one with extreme professionalism. They even checked it to make sure that it was working properly. We could not have been more pleased with the entire purchase. I highly recommend PC Richard, especially Jeff Sugarman at the Oceanside location.

After many hours spent searching the Internet and local stores I finally found not just the place but the man to deal with. Immediately after walking into p.c Richards in Oceanside a gentleman named Ed approached me. Not only was he incredibly knowledgeable about all his products but he was super easy to talk to. Not once did I feel any pressure to buy anything like most sales personal do. It was like I knew ED for years which made my shopping experience the easiest its ever been. I highly recommend stopping by for anything you need. If I could give him a higher rating I would. I will definitely be back 100 percent.

These people do not care about getting repeat business. Their take seems to be, we made the sale so Fum. Bought a dishwasher recently. Set up a delivery date but received a call the day of delivery that they dropped the unit off the truck and smashed it. Was offered a $50 credit for our trouble. The unit was delivered the following week. Called to get my credit and was told it would be processed. It was not. Called a few days later when there was no credit and the people who promised the credit had a memory failure. These people are three levels below used car salesmen.

Last month I called PC Richards because I had a problem with my washer dryer combo. The dryer was not drying the clothes .There was an extended warranty on the unit. They made an appointment for the tech to come see it. So he comes and looks at it. He said the problem is the igniter And he had to order it . Now its been over one month and they still did not fix it. PC Richards should not be in the service business. They shouldnt offer extended warranties if they arent going to service people the right way!

I was in the market for a new tv and wasnt sure what i really wanted. I was recommended by a friend to go here and see Bruce. Bruce was excellent in helping me choose the right tv for my needs and wants. He wasnt pushy at all and told me to take my time while i choose which 1 to go with. I really appreciated that since i was in another local store and was hounded by a salesman like prey. I love my tv and will certainly come back and see Bruce for more things.

Anytime I need anything I only go to PC Richards. I always work with Eddie. He always helps me out and gives excellent customer service. Everyone at the store is extremely nice and helpful as well. The last time I was there I purchased a new washer and dryer and Eddie made it a very easy purchase. I couldnt decide which ones to get and he helped me make the smartest decision. I highly recommend PC Richards to anyone looking for anything for their home..

I recently visited Ed at the Oceanside Store to look at some appliances. Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the items in the store. I didnt plan on purchasing the items at that time. Ed explained all the features and differences between the items in the store and I felt comfortable purchasing all the items at that time. We had Great experience at this store and with Ed. We will definitely purchase from this store and Ed again in the future.

PC Richards in Oceanside was recommended to my by a friend and I am so glad I listened I went there to purchase a new over the stove microwave and everyone that I encountered was helpful and courteous I had a lot of questions and my salesman was very knowledgeable the store is clean and organized and I have to say its the first time I walked out of a store with a smile on my face after spending money I would definitely recommend this store to a friend

I was in PC Richards in Oceanside today looking for a computer. Not knowing much about them I needed much help. The staff was wonderful. They took their time and explained in detail what I needed for the work I do. The store manager Ed came over and walked me through some programs that might be useful. I definitely recommend this particular store for anyone who is looking for knowledgeable staff. I will be back for all my needed purchases in the future.

OMG what a great store as well as a great staff. I personally have been dealing with 1 salesman for many years and his name is Ed Ross. Since I 1st met Ed he has been nothing but honest, personable and very knowledgeable on every product I have ever needed which is great because Im not. lol He has always giving me the best deal possible . I now live in Westchester County and I still drive out to deal with Ed and the great staff.
