A civilized way to shop, in the warmth of the Central Florida environment, this "mall" is not inside an air-conditioned bubble. The walkways are open to the fresh air and yes, the heat of this part of Florida. All stores are well arranged in an easy to find pattern, so that you can get there from here, so to speak. As someone who must travel this mall in a wheelchair, I found it reasonably handicapped-friendly, as well. And the assortment of shops from various manufacturers is more than enough to find anything you might want. While I have returned to Tanger more than five times since our first visit about two months ago, one thing still disappoints me. The lack of what Disney calls Electric Convenience Vehicles, or powered carts/chairs, as seen in grocery stores in this area. Tanger has a very large area to traverse and, with no daily experience in a wheelchair, I am not up to the task; my wife also, at 100 pounds, is not up to constantly pushing me in the chair. So we tire early and dont get to visit all the stores we might want to visit. Thus the number of return visits in such a short time. I urge Tanger management to consider offering a motorized convenience to those of us who actually need them for medical reasons. Id rather not shop until I truly do drop…unless it’s in the fun way. Tanger is a fun place to visit where you can find nearly anything you need to wear in the future.

Wonderful new outlet mall! So nice to see how well designed this outlet mall is. Plenty of outdoor seating for those who are "shopped out" while waiting for family and friends. Also, great idea with the "charging" centers for all those electronics we all carry. Stores are large, very well lighted, and well organized. I was in about 50% of the stores. In general, all stores had very helpful employees, with the exception of the Skechers store. Five employees, all hanging around the cash registers, chatting with each other and fooling with cell phones. They were not circulating, offering to help customers as they should have been. I would like to see some more choices of places to eat. My party of three actually left the property and went to Malcolms (about a 5 minute drive) for lunch. Malcolms was great! Ladies Room is lovely and has a private room for breast feeding. A great deal of thought went into designing this outlet mall. I will return!

My experience was horrible. As I was leaving I was harassed in the parking lot by one of Tanger Outlet workers by the name of Vicky who works at the Guess store. I had to call the cops because she was being very disrespectful to my sister, her children and I. She terrified my nieces and nephews with her negative demeanor. My nieces and nephews should never have to witness someone being so rude. She wrote down my tag information and laughed and said they werent going to do anything about it because she is employed with Tanger Outlets. I felt discriminated against. I should never feel this uncomfortable especially when I am giving a place the pleasure of having my business. She also had her friends to laugh at us and video recorded us without our permission. My skin hue should never be used as an excuse to treat me less of an human. "People of color beware of Vicky".

Well maintained for a pretty new facility. Bathrooms by Auntie Annies were clean. Bathrooms by mall office were not. Customer service representative at mall office was extremely rude. Educators get a free membership, but when I explained I homeschooling, he turned up his nose, actually SNORTED, and told me homeschool families are a joke. SO RUDE! My kids were shocked speechless. I, on the other hand, was ready to have at him. However, I checked my temper and stood my ground. I eventually was allowed a frigging coupon book, but he stiff refused ol to create ME a membership, but instead just handed me a coupon book and said to "just go." So.. Whats the best way of getting a poor review? Be rude as heck to the customer and insult their choices on their childrens education.

Its a lovely mall with friendly employees, but I noticed the prices were comparable to sale prices in the volusia mall, such as sneaker stores, and juniors clothing stores...i only gave it 3 stars because I was soooo disappointed there wasnt a Victorias secret store, a forever21, or an Aldos shoes and accessories store, or discount mac makeup/ perfume stores like most other outlets have. No Yankee candle either. Bummer I was excited about this mall, only thing Im happy about is the Guess store, which is quite small, and never really has good clearance offers, but its better than nothing, and one mile from my house. Will attract more tourists, and for people who havent frequented the awesome outlets in Orlando, this will be a treat.

I signed up for the Tanger Club when I first visited after the mall opened. With the hot weather we get in Florida I knew I would appreciate the use of the lounge on each visit. I went down to the mall last Thursday with my elderly Mother and my handicapped sister. I told them that we could cool off from the heat in the lounge at the Tanger Outlet. Boy was I shocked by the rude little man in your welcome office. He expected me to see the sign, which was behind me, giving the hours of the lounge, which are only Fri. - Sun. Thats not the hours I was given when you took my $25 club fees! What a joke and a scam! You should be reported to the better business bureau! Sincerely, Marlene Myers

My husband, I and two friends finally got to spend an afternoon at the new Tanger Outlet and were all surprised at how nice everything was designed. Our entire experienc was quite nice and we would return, however there are two definite negatives that would impact returning in the future: no automatic doors for someone in a wheelchair, which I was; and the added "non tax" fee that is imposed by Volusia County on all purchases. I think this is double taxing regardless of what the county says about it being a non tax and it would make me consider continuing to support then St. Augustines mall where there is no additional fee tacked on.

Love this outlet mall. They always have my size, in shoes and clothes. Every store I visited had terrific sales help, very attentive and efficient. I can go shopping by myself and get the most honest advice regarding flattering styles and colors from the sales personnel. I always overspend when I shop here because of the excellent clothing choices and courteous sales staff in all the stores. The Service Center personnel are also always very nice and helpful. Every employee that works here must love their job, from the window washers to the security staff, to the sales personnel, because they are all so attentive to customers.

Brand new very nice! There are all the standard outlet stores you can see on their website. If you are looking for food, I would eat before coming here as there are not great food options text. One exit south on I75 has lots of options. If you have little kids, bring a swim suit! There is a great splash pad play area on the south east corner of the shopping center. There were also nice seating/rest areas throughout the shopping center. Look for the swings in the middle of the complex. Also on the south side you can sit around a bar area (sorry, no beverages here, just seating) that has charging ports at each seat.
