The shopping experience was pretty good, but the food court is just so-so. I wanted a pretzel at one of the stands, I think it was called the nut company. The man and girl working the stand were confused. Anyways, I ordered my pretzel and bottled water, and it was $5.40. EXTREMELY high for that, since it is only 2-3 dollars at Target or somewhere. So the girl gets the pretzel and wraps it up in a bag. I unwrap it and find that it is covered in a greasy butter. Its not even crunchy. Its just completely soggy. It falls apart, too. I go back to the stand and show the guy, and he just looks at me and says, "thats how it is" and proceeds to tell me that they have to do that to make it right. I tell him that in the football games, Targets, or even the frozen ones you buy in the grocery store arent this greasy or soggy. I just put it on the counter and say "you can have that." Then I say out loud "dont buy a pretzel because they are SCREWED UP!!" He didnt even offer to refund the money, he just said "okay." The poor little girl running the register was untrained, so it wasnt her fault. All in all, the shopping experience gets two stars, because it was messy and cluttered, and the food experience gets none. So just beware of this nut company, as they dont give refunds and dont know how to make pretzels the right way!!!

I am not giving one star to this mall, the mall deserves 5. this one star is for the nut and fruit company or whatever its called! I work at the mall and cannot leave my store if I am the only manager on duty so I sent a associate to buy me some hot and spicy mixed snack and when she got back to the store it was so stale you couldnt even bite down on any of the snacks. Even the peanuts and peanuts stay crunchy for a long time! So I sent her back there immediately to get my $4 I spent on the bag of stale food and he refused. He said they dont do refunds once you walk out of the food court. #1 he had no paper policy stating that anywhere around his station #2 he didnt mention that to her before she left. So I called him and told him the situation about her getting it for me thats why she left and he still refused. Someone please tell me how can someone sell food that cant be eaten, that someone payed for with hard work earned money and he cant even be generous enough to give someone there money back because HIS food is stale and HE dont take care of it! My advice is to try the snacks before you buy anything, and dot send anyone there to buy it for you because that was a waste of $4.

Ein Outlet-Center, das die meisten Frauenherzen höher schlagen lassen dürfte. Ich war zwar nur kurz dort und konnte deshalb nicht die ganze Palette an Shops besuchen, mein Eindruck ist aber, dass die Preise nicht viel niedriger sind, als im normalen Laden. Einige Schnäppchen kann man aber machen, wenn man die Augen auf hält. Der große Vorteil ist, dass man alles an einem Platz hat.

I would put this outlet center on the bottom end of all other outlets I have visited. The layout is strange, the clerks are not particularly helpful, the prices are not that good and the food court has VERY limited options. Everyone flocked to the Chinese food stand so we tried it. The food was ok but rather bland. Also tried a slice of pizza. The Italian stand offers almost nothing--spaghetti, salad and if youre lucky they might have 2 slices of pizza which was dripping with oil. On the plus side, there are a couple stores which are not always seen at other outlet centers--Old Navy, Soma and Pottery Barn. Were it not for that, I would have given it a one star rating.

In general, This place was wonderful. There were some stores, Pac Sun, mainly.. Who did NOT do a very good job keeping things organized or clean.. They also seemed completely uninterested in attending to their customers. But! every other store I stopped at was very nice & had people really reaching out to assist or help. Pricing was decent on most things, which was Awesome. All in all we had a great time, & I will definitely be back! One more thing! We didnt stop to eat, but I did walk past the food court which smelled so good & there were people lined up in almost every restaurant.

I have been going to this mall since It opened while it is a Decent outlet mall with a variety of stores However, it does have a lot of empty ones as well as some entire strips of the mall is empty. The new name of this outlet mall is a misnomer, this is an outlet mall not a marketplace The food court while lacking does have some options non the less and does need vast improvements you can still see where they blocked off old places with a bulging wall I still highly recommend China Max. While it needs improvement I Believe this mall has some options for everyone.

I love this place. I took my grandson to shop there yesterday and he really enjoyed the time we spent at the mall. I love the prices! I also noticed how clean it was. The staff at Gap was very friendly and helpful. I shared our experience with my husband who managed the security team for years and he had nothing but good things to say about the stores and the mall management team. My grandson and I give Gaffney Outlet Marketplace 5 stars!!!!!

We really like Gaffney Premium Outlets because of the layout. Some of the stores are without tenants on a regular basis but thats not a big deal. Some of the big name stores that have outlet mall presence are not there but there are still lots of big names that are there. The layout is very open and the sidewalks are wide and have plenty of coverage from the weather. The food court is also OK and theres an Outback right next door.

The place was is so extravagant that I can only say one thing that was previously in my essay about Gaffney, there are so many shops that you can get lost or lose someone. This place is huge and u strongly recommend it to everyone. It doesnt even matter if you dont like shopping. Gaffney is the place to go and enjoy yourself, have fun, venture out with your friends the whole 411. But most of all, BUY SOMETHING!!!!!

Items sold at the these "premium" outlet stores are no longer the same quality as items sold in normal retail outlets. A clerk at one store actually told me that items in the outlet store are made specifically for the outlet locations. Its not a deal people. Unless you just have to have a low quality shirt with a high dollar logo, pass on this place.

The outlet is ok, the one main issue I have is there is no designated smoking area! When we go shopping, my wife and I have to avoid smokers so our 8 year old doesnt inhale a pack of cigarettes. It is absolutely ridiculous that people are just smoking wherever they want. Poor management on the part of SIMON. If your a smoker you will love this outlet:)
