Roughly only half of the stores have the bargains and variety youd expect from an outlet mall. The stores that were close to, or at regular prices seemed to have only old styles or hardly any selection. I dont know about you, but Im not into paying regular price for old stock. Somewhat a wasted day trip for the distance (from Pittsburgh). We went on a Monday afternoon, April 3rd, and were usually the only customers in the store, the max at any time was three customers in a store (the exception was Famous Footwear which was busy). This, I feel leaves not many excuses for the amount of places with bad customer service. Recommend bargains and experience: Vera Bradley - entire store was 50% off with some styles an additional 20% off, great selection, very friendly and helpful staff. Worth the travel. Columbia - nice selection of clearance items and good selection overall, helpful employees. Famous Footwear - biggest Famous Footwear in the tri-state area that I have visited, great selection and prices, friendly staff. Definitely worth the trip from Pittsburgh. Leanas Books & More - staff was very friendly, pleasant, and helpful; so-so variety but that didnt seem to matter. It was the most enjoyable store we shopped in. Not recommended (not a bargain, and/or poor staff performance for not being busy): Levi - too close to regular mall prices. Reebok/Rockport - horrible size selections, unfriendly disappearing clerk and we were the only customers in the store. Journeys - regular mall prices with a smaller clearance/sale price selection than a mall store, dont travel far if this is your main draw. Adidas - not a bargain, disorganized, messy shelves, sizes on the wrong shelves (the back wall is marked by size rather than style, and almost nothing was on the right shelf), staff members that were too busy with non-work related conversation and playing around to keep the store straight.

Its nice to find free Wi-Fi while traveling, and this Prime Outlets mall, just like many others from this brand, has it in the food court building. Only problem, like other Prime Outlet food courts, is the lack of power outlets for charging the laptop while surfing. Maybe they dont want people milling about, spending hours surfing online instead of shopping? As for the shopping, its the usual outlet mall stores. Better variety than some, but Ive been to others from this brand with more selection. A definite bonus to shopping in PA is no sales tax on clothing. Nice to take advantage of, especially for those of us from Canada. If youre looking for a specific store, be sure to check their directory first before making the trip. Unfortunately the mall is kind of in the middle of nowhere between Erie and Pittsburgh, which makes it difficult to round out the shopping day if you want to visit other stores not at this location.

Deals are okay, selection varies, often messy. At the stores Ive shopped at, appears they are a year behind - getting a lot of extras and less popular items. Not necessarily a bad thing. For childrens clothes, Ill get stuff at a mall on clearance and can often find a matching piece at the outlets the following year. Regarding the deals, most things are 30-50% off full msrp price all the time. Not bad, but you can get better deals for more current items at the mall, etc. - if you have the time and inclination to wait for those deals. Been to outlets near Poconos, and it seemed they had better quality, hard-to-find items than this one- dont know the reason for that??? Bottom line: Seems like a tourist spot - but if youre looking for something reasonably priced, dont have time to bargain-shop, and arent that picky, then this is a great place to shop.

My and wife just had a trip down to Grove City outlets. That was an excellent outlet mall. I really enjoyed all the available amenities. Your staff is excellent and my wife and I felt really safe and at home in this shopping environment with our family. Thanks for such a great experience and we will share the great news about the area with friends and family members. How on Earth did I forget to mention the prices ?.......I was both upset and happy when I bought shoes at Adidas, for $50 less then sports check in Canada. PLUS 13% HST is not added on the item, there is no tax added on your items. And if there was tax its so small I had barely notice. Now that we know all about the prices and shopping experience we plan on making this a yearly shopping destination.

The Grove City Outlets has a wide variety of stores that offer good discounts on their products. There is no sales tax on clothing in Pennsylvania, which is another benefit to shopping here. Typically, the mall is not too crowded, but gets very busy during the holiday season. The food court has a decent variety of foods and a large area to sit. There is also a Starbucks near the food court for coffee. The food court also offers free wifi. The mall is in a good location that is easy to access from both Interstate 79 and 80. There are hotels that are located close to the mall. All of the walkways between the stores are outdoor, but mostly covered. The mall has a great atmosphere that is pleasant to walk through, especially on a warm summer day.

Excellent place to purchase clothing and goods at discounted rates. This mall was built in the 90s and continues to thrive very well to this day. It has served the needs of local communities extremely well, provided jobs for nearby college students, and has brought in a sizable income into the Mercer County area. Shoppers from all over the eastern coast of the US make it a point to swing by this mall, which is at a convenient location at the intersections of major interstates: I-79 & I-80. The mall is easy to walk and handi-capped accessible everywhere, although do use caution because as of October 2016, many sidewalks were showing deterioration and upheaval from harsh winters and heavy application of salt.

We were at the Primanti Brothers Grove City location for dinner last night. We had the most impressive server. Her name was Caroline. She was extremely attentive, outgoing, bubbly and made you feel like you have known her all your life. Along with being an excellent waitress she made you feel so at home that you want to come back and have her as your waitress again. We were also in the same restaurant a month or two ago and she was filling in as the bartender. What a treat! Not only did she provide excellent service while attending to a completely full bar, she was entertaining with her outgoing personality! She should be a regular bartender. We will definitely be back!

I love shopping here! I can find so many things from collectibles to clothing to electronics and everything inbetween. My favorite stores are vanity fair..fuzzywigs candy and toys r us. And the food court has a great selection as well..its best to go early and spend the day so you can hit all the stores..spring is the best time to go because its outdoors..but so worth it. I like to stay at Monroe Heights Hotel when I go..so I can Telecom the sights as well..and to get my free coupon book for the mall witch normally costs 7.00$ and a free ornament from Wendel August Forge with is just across the street

Pretty good selection of stores. Be careful, some of the stores sell "made for outlets" products that are less expensive but also of lesser quality than the products the companies make for regular retail. Make sure you know what things cost at regular stores so that you know whats really a good deal. If you have a current AAA membership card, stop by the customer service desk near the food court before you shop to pick up a free to you ($5 without AAA) brochure that you can use to get additional deals at many of the stores.
