Yesterday, July 2nd around 7:40-7:50pm I was shopping here with my family. To start off, my familys background is Hispanic and oriental. I decided to go into one of my favorite stores Steve Madden, with my boyfriend. Me and my boyfriend are both college students enrolled into FAU, I had found some sandals I thought were so adorable and wanted to try it on, I saw this young African American woman working with a customer, I decided not to interrupt her. Instead I saw a older Caucasian woman, about in her 50s standing around, I came up to her asking for my size in the sandals, as I asked she stopped and said with a rude tone "go ask someone else" as she was walking to the back room where all the shoes are located. I decided to let it go, i waited till the younger woman had finished and asked her for my shoe size. As I was sitting on the couch trying on the sandals, my boyfriend came and sat next to me, talking to me about the shoes and helping me put them on, the same older woman was now behind the cash register and rudely spoke to my boyfriend "can I help you with anything?" He said "no, thank you" afterwards, we started talking about the shoes I adored and I was going to purchase them. She came again with the same tone and attitude she once had, "do we have a problem?" Yelling across the store, my boyfriend once again said "no, we dont have a problem. I am just talking to my girlfriend" afterwards, he told me I can find better shoes elsewhere and I shouldnt spend my time any more in this store. As we proceeded to leave, she walked past me and my boyfriend, rolled her eyes and said something under her breathe. As we went outside, we told our family what had happened while she and another employee were standing Infront of the store laughing and saying things behind the glass doors. My boyfriends father decided to go in and ask her what the problem was, she started to make a huge scene again infront of all the customers and started yelling at him, my boyfriends aunt decided to go in and confront her on the way shes been treating us, she felt as if we were being discriminated because of our race. She had helped other customers that were Caucasian, but when it came to us she was very rude and didnt want anything to do with us or even want us in the store. I dont understand where this would come from, Infront of the store they have a equality sign that says they treat all customers equally. We decided to just leave the store and never go back, I will also let my family and friends know what had happened and let whoever reads this know as well. Nobody deserves to not be treated equally.

This place has forever lost my business. Today I was shopping here with my mother while she was in town. Excited and having a great time my day was smashed when my wallet was stolen and $500 was taken from it. When at Forever 21 none of the employees offered any help at all, any solace, or even bothered to check. I sprinted to the previous store to see if I left it on the counter because Forever 21 would have checked, right? No. Then I came back to Forever 21 and asked them to check. The first employee shook his head without even looking. The second checked and my wallet was there and my months savings (I intended to go to the bank) gone. There is no feeling like that of complete helplessness knowing that no one cares enough to help you. The security at the outlet checked the tapes and three kids had dropped it on the floor and went immediately to the parking lot likely to divvy up their earnings with a gigantic satisfaction that makes my skin crawl. It is clear to me now that this place is already on the steady decline similar to that of its predecessor the Palm Beach Mall which closed down due to the lack if business caused by a large number of robberies. They offered to file a police report which would accomplish absolutely nothing but wasting another hour of my day while they could explain to me that the hard earnings of a waitress paying her way through college would likely not be recovered. I have another month of struggling to look forward to because pratically nothing could be done to recover my lost money. The security guard then said "Youll earn it back in two weeks." Because money grows on trees. Im disgusted. And before anyone tells me it my own fault, no its not. I shouldnt worry about being robbed in two the hours between lunch and the bank. Never, never again.

This place is awful! Went in there and asked for clear overlay with tips. The lady took it upon herslef to use pink and white. I stopped her from using the pink and asked again clear and she said yes clear very natural. I also asked for my nails to be left on the longer side and almond shaped. Finished product was plain snow white nails that was square not even oval and too short to file into even and oval shape. Told her I wasnt happy and my nails were not clear and she says to me yes American white.....american white???? Does that sound like CLEAR to you??? told me to come back the next day and she would redo my nails. I go back 4 different people filing on my nails to the point there is no longer a nail on my nail bed just to take off the acrylic from the night before. I kept telling them they were hurting me and each one just kept drilling away til there was nothing. I had to stop and just leave. The lady at the cash register giving me my refund talking to me about being sentivtive! Ive had my nails done sparatically for years and never once have my nails looked so disgusting as they do now or hurt as bad as they do now. Getting your nails done should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience not one if pain and frustration because they take it upon themselves to do whatever they want all the while telling you its what you asked for. If your looking for professionals who can comprehend basic colors or lack there of and a place to relax and enjoy your manicure this is not it. I will never go back to this place.

Shopping at the new Outlet Mall and The Marketplace stores is a great experience. You can find high-end clothing at really good prices when they are having a sale, or if you go to the Clearance racks. The only drawback, and that is why I give it a 4 instead of a 5, is that it is open air. Open air malls do not make sense in Florida, where temperatures can sometimes reach almost 100 degrees on a hot summer day, and where we may be having torrential rains the next day. I think the developer really missed the opportunity to have a 10+ mall rather than a 4! The food court is not great. Do not expect the variety of The Gardens Mall or even the Boynton Beach Mall. However, the ice cream shops are great; expensive, but great! There are also a number of other restaurants within the property, but that doesnt help if you just want to get a quick bite and continue shopping, as you would have to trek or drive clear across the parking lot to get to the other food establishments. All in all, it is worth investigating the Outlet Mall and Market Place shops at least once, and then, if you are shopping for something specific, you can make a quick run and get what you want without having to put on sunscreen! :)
