I had such a wonderful experience shopping at HOM furniture! I cant say enough great things about all the individuals I encountered when purchasing my patio furniture. When I walked in the door I was immediately greeted by Chad-sales manager who was amazing!!!! Very knowledgeable!!!He went above and beyond his role as sales manager to help me find the perfect patio set. He took the time to give me all my options and was never pushy. He worked with me on the price and took care of me all the way through the delivery process. When the patio furniture was delivered, I miscalculated the height of the chairs, talked with Chad who said it would be no problem to exchange them for the height I needed. If there is an ideal 10 Star sales manager-this is Chad. I will never buy furniture anywhere else! Hom furniture offers quality furniture and outstanding service.

I had a very positive experience during my most recent visit to Hom Furniture in Eau Claire, WI. Scott Lingen was very welcoming and answered all of the questions that I had on patio furniture. We purchased a bedroom set and end tables for our living room for our new home, several years ago and we are very pleased with the purchases. I have received many compliments on them! They had a black Friday deal today where the first 100 people got to choose between a doorbuster deal or a mystery bag. Doors opened at 9am. Stood outside for an hour with on one explaining to any of us that the first 100 people had already been through and got a number and were able to sit and wait in their cars. That was never explained in the ad and that is usually not how it works. Someone could have explained that to the big line of people waiting. Good job, you guys made 100 people happy and pissed off more than that.

I went to another furniture store knowing exactly the piece I was looking for but was turned away because the store was closing in 5 minutes. They told me to come back another day. So I went to HOM, was greeted at the door, told the Sales Rep exactly what I was looking for and I bought it. Got it for same as I would have paid at the other store but was better quality. I questions myself why I didnt just go there in the first place. Wont make that mistake again. I always get good service and quality furniture there!

We purchased a large sectional sofa, bed frame, and mattress. Both sales people that we dealt with listened to us and helped us pick the perfect furniture. The delivery was quick and the delivery guys put everything together. They noticed one of the sectional pieces was torn and took it immediately and said they would be replacing it for us. I didnt even have to say anything. Honesty and great customer service. We will definitely be back in the future with other furniture needs.

Took almost a month to get my couch and recliner in. A sales person also told me that I could pick it up on a certain date and when I went in only one piece was in and they refused my pick up due to it being a Sunday. Information that would have been helpful before I arranged to pick up the stuff. Gave a 2 star rating only because I like the furnature. Also found out it all went on sale not to long Acer my purchase so that didnt make me to happy.

I purchased a sofa with matching loveseat and was very pleased by the quality and the excellence customer service that I received. A few tips though: delivery is free - however that means to your garage... $99 to take from your garage to the living room and setup. Also, sign up for online email and save $20 off any purchase. Tent sale prices is excellent as well. Plenty parking and the store entrance faces Hastings.

We bought a very expensive office and dining set. We had them in storage between a move. Storm blew the roof off of the storage unit and the furniture did get a bit wet. The Hom furniture "pressed sawdust" crap under the veneer finish swelled and the furniture was ruined. Over priced jUNK basically. Other furniture , which was not from Hom furniture, was wiped off and still looks great.

Lora is an absolutely patient and helpful person.. they didnt have what I wanted (reclining love seat) but she helped me think outside the box and we found a solution I am MORE than happy with. Not big chunky dark furniture but light colored like I wanted. Because of her attitude I made my furniture purchase at HOM and will b back.

I bought a sofa and love seat when they had the buy a sofa get the love seat free deal! The price I paid was half the regular price for the two items! Which was a steal. Had it been regular price it would have been WAY out of budget!!! Love their stuff but not the price!

I bought some furniture from HOM Eau Claire 3 years ago. They are all poor quality furnitures and fell apart in 3 years. I wonder who writes good review for them, probably they have folks hired to write good reviews. Will never go that store again.

Excellence product with a huge selection and went for their tent sale over Memorial Day weekend. Most items were on sale and found a great patio set. I would definitely be back for any of my furniture needs in the future.
