My niece and I went to 123 to purchase a living room set. We were told by the clerk (with the blonde manager standing next to her)that 123 could not guarantee the furniture set we decided on was in stock in Arcadia! (123 is actually Ashley Furniture) They also told us we would have to wait 5 days to find out if this set was in stock, at the warehouse and only WHEN it was on the truck to Eau Claire would they notify us of the delivery!!. Of course we had to pay for it before they would put this ghost furniture on order! WHAT??? ?Once it was on the truck". No guarantee they even had it in stock? Pay in advance for something we didnt know we could actually get??? We left and went to Slumberland who actually seemed to want our business.. I have been a retail manager for 30 years-never ever would I tell a customer they didnt know if they had the product, tell them to wait to find out and then insist on prepayment for the privilege.. No thanks.

I bought a sofa a week ago for 900.00, not the same as the sofa I tried in the store, very hard to sit on, the sofa actually makes you lean forward, I called the store to find out no exchanges on the item, talked to Tina, not helpfull, just told me no exchanges or returns, its plainly on the bottom of the receipt, I would not buy anything from these people, I asked for her supervisor or the owner she basically stated good luck finding out who that is, bottom line dont buy anything from these people! I was thinking about buying a living room set,and also a bedroom set for our room and a bedroom set for our kids. And maybie a table if they have any that I like. But with all the bad reviews I would prob go other places and make them my last resort I heard a lot of bad things about this place on hear. And word of mouth its more for who they have working for them there stuff is on the cheeper Side but seems to be at a good price. But I would suggest going to Ashley funature they have great deals on there stuff and good things my thought anyway.

My wife and I wanted a light colored wood TV stand, they didnt have any in the store we liked, but we found one on their online kiosk. It was advertised as light brown, They said the color might be a little different, but close to what was on the kiosk. You cannot get a sample to look at! We ordered it, and it came dark brown! It does not match anything in our living room! All they would do is give us an in-store credit if I returned it. If I returned it, why would I buy anything else from them? Will never do business there again!

Anything not in stock will almost always come 4 or 5 days later then they tell you. If the delay is an issue they will still charge you a restocking fee. Restocking something thats out of stock and not in anyway blows my mind. The remainder of your return will be store credit only. I would only buy from them if the item is in stock but Im not going back either way. There are plenty of other furniture stores within half a mile of them with better sales and less delays.

My wife and I went to multiple stores in the area and found Furnish 123 was best for us. We received great service from a very nice and knowledgeable young man. We had many questions and all were answered quick and efficient which made us feel comfortable and pressure free. We would recommend this business to friends and family in the future.
