[07/13/11] One chair arrived damaged. We were told that it would be 1 1/2 weeks to get a new base shipped for the furniture and replaced. This is after our old piece was picked up and disposed of, not a problem I thought. My experience with service after the sale has been a battle to get anyone to respond to questions. My wife e-mails or calls and gets no response. However when I call or e-mail I at least get a response the next day or better. Well, its been well over a month now with the furniture and they have been contacted over six times through various methods over this period: phone and e-mail. Either way it doesnt matter, "it will take more time", only to find out the base hasnt even shipped yet. I am now fighting this charge for the chair with my credit card to get it reversed until its taken care of. The furniture is high quality and if you get it without a problem you will like it. [08/21/11] Update: The store reordered both our chairs and they were just delivered a day or so ago. The new chairs are what I was expecting the first time: a very nice product. If the service after the sale was more consistent or if the purchase didnt take six months to close this would be a higher rated review.

My wife and I ordered a new family room set from International Furniture just after Thanksgiving. We were very pleased with the customer service we received from Colette and how easy the process was with her, as we placed our order over the phone. Although delivery was expected within 2-3 weeks, we had already planned a Christmas weekend at our home with my extended family 3 weeks after we ordered. We knew it would be close to the 2-3 week estimate for delivery and we went ahead with the order, feeling confident in the team at International Furniture. Our main concern with ordering the furniture was that it would not be delivered in time for our extended Family Christmas. Mary contacted us several times to give us updates as to where our items were being shipped from and the expected delivery date. She even offered to deliver any furniture we liked off the showroom floor if our order did not come in by Christmas, so that our guests would still have furniture to use in our family room. Then, 2 days before Christmas – Mary called to say the delivery team would be at our house the next morning. Now that’s customer service! Thank you International Furniture, and Merry Christmas!

The whole process was great and went smoothly. My wife and I were treated in a professional and respectful manner. International Furniture also did a great job when it came to answering all of our questions. We are very happy with the service and quality of product we received from International Furniture. We would highly recommend them.
