I made a purchase on February 24, 2017, but couldnt get it delivered until March 4, 2017. The delivery process was horrible and a big inconvience to my family and I. They delivered my furniture at around 11:30 a.m. and partially finished at around 4 p.m.. They came with the wrong mirror to one of the bedroom sets so they had to leave and go back to the warehouse to get the correct mirror. It took them almost 2hours to come back with the mirror. With that being said I had to spend my whole Saturday waiting on them, then the foot board was scratched and the back of my daughter dresser was coming apart ( then I had to wait on the service department---days later). The first time he service department came he had nothing but a stapler to fix my daughter dresser and nothing to fix the footboard (he said the manager must have never seen the pictures). So I had to wait for the service dept. to come out a second time (had to call again). i called the service dept at 4:18 p.m. to come out he said, give me an hour i will be there, Im waiting on the traffic to die down".... guess what??? That hour turned to 3 hours almost 4. I feel that you pay all that money for delivery and setup but they are very inconsiderate to their customers. I believe the DELIVERY TEAM ALWAYS MESS UP ORDERS, because my mom purchased a bedroom set and they brought the wrong headboard so they had to come back to her house as well. TO THE ROYAL FURNITURE FAMILY IF YOU ALL GOING TO CHARGE FOR DELIVERY AND SETUP COULD YOU ALL MAKE SURE THAT ALL THE CORRECT PIECES ARE ONTHE TRUCK THE 1ST TIME. BECAUSE IF WE "THE CUSTOMER" WAS NOT HOME YOU ALL WOULD PROBABLY WANT TO CHARGE ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE, SO THE CUSTOMER SHOULD GET THEIR DELIVERY FEE BACK ONCE WE HAVE TO WAIT FOR THEM TO GO BACK TO THE WAREHOUSE AND THEN COME BACK WITH THE CORRECTED ITEM. ITS VERY INCONSIDERATE OF YOU ALL!!!!

I ordered a new washer and dryer set from this company and paid cash for the set and for it to be delivered to my home. It took over 2 weeks and 4 re-deliveries of my washer due to it being damaged/broken or parts not attached. When I finally got my washer the manager lowered my bill for all the inconvenience they caused me. I am happy with my washer and dryer set. If you buy from this place - please check your furniture when it is delivered to make sure it is not broken. Let the manager know if they can not deliver your items in a timely discrete manner you will not buy from their company.

This place is not the place to buy anything from the management is so very disrespectful to the costumers talk down to you as if you are not even a human being dont stand behind there products if its broken they dont care tell you to pay for it and dont buy from them again i would think twice about buying anything from here ever again and I give them zero stars!!!!!!!!

Service was excellent. Furniture Looks very nice. NOT HAPPY with the delivery procedure and may well cost them my sale. Cant tell me if they will be delivering to me before 3 in the afternoon although they are all clear for the week with the exception of one day. Dont get it?!!!??
