Needed a sleeper sofa on short notice. The folks here at Slumberland not only had several which were actually in stock and able to be taken out that day, but the price was cheaper than many of the other areas. The staff got us in and out quickly and even helped load up our van. And our guests were able to sleep comfortably...or at least a comfortably as one can sleep on a sleeper sofa.

Extremely friendly staff. They answer all questions and have never been pushy. If youre a negotiator they are usually willing to work with you, however some sales people say they arent allowed to negotiate prices. Its a furniture store, all prices should be negotiable. If I get someone not willing to negotiate I walk out and they lose the sale.

We worked with the sales person Michael - he knew the inventory and lead us in the right direction - kept in mind who the furniture was for and made suggestions based on my Mothers petite stature, comfort level, and budget. While we did not end up finding the couch tonight we will be back & hope to get the same sales person.

Order a table and hutch. Told me it was going to take 2 weeks them knowing that I would not of bought it is would take longer. Guest what its going to be 6 to 8 weeks to get. They didnt even have any of them in warehouse. Sent back. Lie to us knowing that we would not have come in 2 weeks.

Very pushy salesman that didnt even ask us what we wanted just shoved us to the most expensive couch in the store....oh they have 0% financing available so who cares how much it costs?!? What a joke!
