SCAM ALERT: If you are having problems with your smartphone (or maybe dumbphone), you may run into this business and the so called high performance batteries they have for sale. You may have come to the conclusion that the ongoing problems with your phone probably has to do with a bad battery you have. The Duracell Ultra battery with a Lifetime Warranty may seem like the best solution at double the price of the stock battery. They assure you that this can be the case and that it is a no risk solution because the battery is returnable. They offer to test your old battery or batteries to make the power issues clear for you. A week after the purchase they called me to let me know indeed the old batteries tested negatively and at this point the new Duracell battery seems fine. Another week passes and the new Ultra battery starts acting up just like the previous batteries. When you call back in to get your own batteries back and return the new expensive battery, now not only have they thrown the old batteries away but they are already telling you that it is passed the two week return period with the opposite attitude of assurance they had before the purchase. The two weeks had not even passed yet but I decided to cut my losses with them. I got burned by yet another one of these so called technology people here, I hope you dont. Best wishes.

Since I work full time and dont live close to the store, I only got there at 7:50pm and they close at 8. I bought a new battery for my car. I was fully expecting to have to install it myself since they were closing, but the guy was so nice and offered to install it for me quickly. He clearly didnt have to do that and he went out of his way. That is truly excellent service. Cant recommend this place more!

In the transition to LED lighting Ive been bewildered by the options: what color? what wattage? dimmable or not?, etc. What makes Batteries Plus Bulbs stand out is the owners understand all these options and know how to help me sort through them to the best solution. And one more thing means a lot to me: no lines at check-out time.

This was a first time online order . I asked that the batteries be ready for pick up and that I will be at the location of the store in El Cerrito California within the hour and when I arrive batteries were just like I asked ready Two go.... I was in the store for no more than 5 to 7 minutes very fast and courteous service

got the batteries, but local store was out of stock for one item. Got "reprimanded" by clerk because I didnt do a return right. And that I didnt notice the small "check store for inventory" notice. Really, my fault?!! Home Depot tells you if a store has inventory or not!

Ordered online and they still gave personal attention by calling to let me know they had an alternative to the batteries I ordered. The alternates cost more but they matched price, and even took the old dead ones (large lead acid batteries). Amazon cant beat this service.

I ordered my vw gti 2007 battery replacement here, my item is available in couple of minutes and went there to pick it up. It took 5 minutes to get my order in store. The new Duracell Battery kicks more amps than the previously installed battery.
