If I could give this 0 starts, I would. The only reasons I even go physically in the store is because I pay my phone bill since I dont use online pay. The first time I went in, the lady who was working was not even friendly. No smile, no hi how are you, nothing. She was pretty busy as there was quite a few people in front of me and she asked if there was anyone here just to pay. So I said yes and she says in a rude tone, phone number? So I gave her it and we confirm that it was my account I needed to pay on. She then proceeds to tell me the balance and I give her the money and I get done paying and I kindly say thank you and she didnt say anything back at all. No smile, no thank you, youre welcome, have a good day, nothing. That was about a month ago. I went to go again today to go pay my phone bill and I assumed they closed at 9. So me and my mom are just pulling in and Im ready to get out (it was about 8:20P) and a guy comes running to the door and locks it. Starts gesturing us in a very rude way to leave. Hes literally waving his arms at us to go. So we sit there astonished at this behavior and he proceeds with his gestures telling us to leave in a very unprofessional manner. Mind you, I should have checked what time they closed and I didnt, but that doesnt give him the right to act like a dick. If he would of just pointed to the sign and was nicer about it, I wouldnt of even cared to be honest, but it was just the way he was acting that was unacceptable. I wouldnt recommend this store. Obviously everyone has their own experience with stores and some people may not get this kind of service, but two times with this kind of experience doesnt make me want to go back to this store. I hope that people start getting their act together. Ive worked in customer service and I know what is expected of me and my duties and with this kind of service, we would lose customers

1st experience when transferred to them. Agent wiped my SD card with 3 years of data. Then when he inserted the new SIM he did not put the back on my Samsung S5 correctly so its waterproof ability was nill. Hence taking an underwater picture was nill and my new S5 was destroyed. VERY UNSATISFIED. I would expect that the people selling cellular products know about the phones and that hitting the format button on the SD card means erasing it, nope he didnt. Nor did he know that an S5 is a waterproof phone therefore its back has to be put on completely. Very sad and Im out a brand new S5 and 3 years of pictures, kids audio performances, documents, you name it.

Really great customer service. Krystle, who is the manager there, was extremely helpful explaining everything that I was getting myself into when I was starting my phone service. Everyone else at the store is also always welcoming. I have gone to Metro PCSs around Lynnwood to pay my monthly service but have had nothing but terrible service so I chose to come here for everything I need. This is the best Metro around.

The three positive reviews are all fake, this place is terrible. I used to go to this store because it was near the glass shop, but recently they had an art show and they called the police on them? Id avoid these people, theyre not only lame but unprofessional. Switched to t-mobile, easier and more friendly.
