I came into the store because my phone wasnt syncing with my contacts. Aaron and Latwon bent over backwards to solve this--researching online, calling Microsoft, calling Motorola, trying everything they could think of. After three trips to the store and numerous hours, all is well. These two employees were persistent, patient, and thorough. Thank you, Aaron and Latwon!
