Very poor service. I had a rather simple task for them to port over a cell number from another provider and add it as another line to an existing Tmobile subscription. They messed it up pretty bad. Music was very loud that we had a hard time carrying a conversation. The next day when I called them for follow on help, they wouldnt return my calls. In the end I had to do it myself on the web with some help from the Tmobile central 1-877 number. Save yourself time and dont go to this Tmobile location.

Had a tablet that would not read a SIM card. Nice salesman verified it was a defect, and said it was under warranty. He ordered a replacement. Called T-mobile to see where it was at. They said it arrived at the store June 7th, and it was shipped back today, because no one picked it up. No one notified us. No text messages and no phone calls. This location dropped the ball. T-Mobile is now telling us there isnt a replacement for it.

This place is a peice of trash, the customer is horrible, they told me to bring in a phone that was broken and they refused to take it then they deleted all my contacts without my permission also the people that work there are very rude they also force you to buy there products I will never go back there again.

Ive had worse experiences just Goin to the grocherys store. It wasnt bad at all. They set me up with a new phone got me switched from a previous paid plan to the 0down plan. The waite time was longer then I expected but it was relatively painless.

My review from November would be zero stars. I cant even stand to think about it let alone write a review. I almost left tmobile after 12 years. But the whole staff there has changed and Michelle is super. She helped me out. Thank you Michelle.

Just another contracted pop up store; as in they cannot do anything for existing T-Mobile customers in regards to their service; nor do they participate in T-Mobile Tuesday. However, the employees are very friendly, and knowledgeable.

The staff at the Mukilteo Speedway were totally awesome. Its was a pleasure from the minute I walked in the door. Michelle the sales assistant was great in setting thing up with the new phone. Thumbs up across the board.

Helpful staff and friendly. Location is very convenient, busy Mukilteo city hub. Would do more stars but the staff helping was adamant my wife try an LG phone that turned out to be pretty terrible!

Went into the store to get a new line added, was told the store was closed. Tmobile site even says 8pm, but outside says 7pm. Someone forgot to forward someone the real times.
