Great, friendly, and efficient service today from CJ! I had to bring a phone in for warranty/insurance benefits, and CJ provided amazing service. I was in and out of the store in less than 15 minutes. I dont think I could ever say that about my former mobile carrier. Waiting to put my name on the "wait list" took about 15 minutes. Ive recently switched to TMobile from many, many years with a competitor. I was impressed with their international plans, especially since we spent several weeks in Europe this summer. This, plus my Galaxy S8+ phone, my current monthly rate, and the level of service weve received from every TMobile employee weve encountered reassures me that we made the right switch. When youve been with a phone company for many years, it can be difficult to transition out. Im so glad we did!

Just switched to T Mobile from AT&T. This location was very helpful and friendly. I switched four lines including one land line. Priscilla who assisted me was great and hung with me through whole process and even checked back with me days after I was in the store to see how it was going with the line transfers.

Its where you pay your phone bill, I dont have much to say about these kind of shops, they work on commission so they will always tell you your phone sucks
